Went in search of replacement vent for my clothes dryer. They had the standard ones but I wanted a longer hose for the new location the dryer is in. They were helpful in providing recommendations as to where I might be able to find what I needed. I was pleased that they understand that the pond is ginormous and all fishes can feed satisfactorily as there is enough food to go around😀

The service was excellent. Got what I needed the staff Dexton was superb. He was able to assist in my purchase that made the experience excellent and he provided great follow up and feedback upon delivery. He is a great asset to have in any organization.

Had a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped inside and it's all because of Isodie Bell. She is the true definition of Customer Service. She was already dealing with a client but she multi tasked so well...neither of us felt left out. I believed the process of purchasing was easier because of how she dealt with it! I would say Courts is an expensive place to shop though and I wish they had the full price on the tags (inclusive of the tax) instead of having only the price of the item/product. This will give customers the true value of the product. But overall, I enjoyed shopping there and I will continue to shop there once Isodie is still there...bless her soul.

I was very pleased to see the wide variety of items for the home or office so nicely presented in the cross roads store. Couldnt help but notice the reasonable prices and payment options also. Its a must shop store 👍

Great place to shop for furniture and appliances. They also have an Optical and a Cash Loan store. You transact all you business at the sales desk as the sales reps not only book your sale but they collect cash and or card as well. It's a one stop shop. Ensure you also invest in your product by purchasing Extended Warranty.

The staff at Courts Super Center go above and beyond in attending to customers who come into the store. I find that if a particular item isn't in stock at that location they will make it their duty to let you know which other courts store it will be readily available in. I find the staff there to be very pleasant and attentive to their customers needs at all times.

I had a Critical Problem with COURTS, that remained unresolved for just over NINE (9) months!

All my efforts to resolve it, through telephone calls, emails and Store Visits proved TOTALLY FUTILE!
Today, I made One LAST effort to visit COURTS in a bid to resolve, once and for all, this outstanding matter.

I'm very happy that I followed my instincts.
I found the BRIGHTEST, Highly Knowledgeable, Professional,
Self- Assured, Young Female Member of Staff; who took LESS than ONE HOUR to resolve My "NINE-MONTH-OLD" problem.

Professionals at her level, combined with her Human Resource Skills, should NEVER be tucked away in a "small corner" totally hidden by cramped cubicles; and obviously without the requisite basic office tools, critical to efficient and effective outputs.

I watched as she tackled my problem, drawing on Computer, Analytical and
People Skills; coupled with a command of the English Language and a very, very pleasant demeanour...."A Management Tool Delight!"
