For Jamaican citizens visit Whitter Village. The bottom road location is for Canadian citizens.

The place is no longer functioning as a consulted. Unclear why any information is on here as any services you must go to the high commission of Canada in Kingston. Call or email the high comission asap, make an appointment Monday-friday on the website regardless of the answering machine as they may not let you in the door.
