So my brother visited first and recommended there. I went first and the hygienist didn't even tell me her name before we started, however we all can have bad days. The experience was great afterwards so I took my daughter and my nephew. The experience with them was superb, my daughter even got a balloon after her cleaning. I will definitely be back and will refer others to use there

I have been using the Union Street branch since I was a child but I take my daughter to the fairview branch which is bigger and has parking. The staff is very professional, short waiting time even with walk-ins. Hygenist and dentist are excellent.

There level of professionalism and service, is top tier compared to other places. From the moment i stepped into that building until the time of my departure, they made me felt like a family. From the receptionist to the nurses, and the doctors, their service is unmatched. After reading a few reviews, i was confident to try this place out and I didn't have any regrets. They made my son comfortable prior to his dental procedure, and they even gave him little gifts which he appreciated. I had my teeth cleaned the same day and was satisfied with my results. I definitely recommend this place to anyone for dental procedures.

Talk about a clean , comfortable, caring, professional staff. I have had services done for quite some time, and I was always pleased for myself and my kids. I must also highlight how they educate you sufficiently and comfort those who have a fear like myself. Dr. Dominic did the extraction that I thought would be most strenuous. I never felt a thing, and he set aside a Saturday to do it for me, which I was told he never comes in on Saturday. Dr. Gordon (Snr. ) is Simply excellent. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Gordon & his staff are AMAZING. Union Dental have proven that my best interest is their priority and for that i am forever grateful. The staff is  very professional, courteous, friendly & informative. First point of contact -Ruth & Miss. Erica  does a remarkable job making one feel welcomed and comfortable. The office space is modern, clean & well kept. I must also mention how impressed i am with the social and health measures implemented to mitigate Covid 19.

This is such an amazing and super clean establishment. Mrs Gordon was my husbands dental hygienist. She has such a beautiful kind heart. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Union Dental for the best care!

I am impressed each time with the great customer service. I removed two wisdom teeth and I did not have any complications. I didn’t feel any major pain; just minor discomfort and it took less than an hour to remove both. I did my braces there over Five (5) months ago and I am already seeing great improvements. All COVID-19 protocols are observed and each time you visit you have to update your patient history in the event there are changes in your health. I admire the fact that they have friendly conversations with you, to ensure you are comfortable with the procedure being done. Union Dental is a very clean and well-kept dental office. Thanks to Dr. Gordon and everyone else who works with him. 😊

I went to get my teeth cleaned and overall I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit. During these COVID times I was a bit nervous going out, especially to the dentist, but the management has definitely taken proper measures to let their customers feel safe, and that's very important these days. The place feels clean and hygienic. I was taken on time with a smooth check-in process, and Dr. Gordon did a great job of being careful with my teeth as I told him I have very sensitive teeth. My teeth feel so fresh'n'clean! Definitely will be back!

Dr John Gordon and his team are the best, they are professional while making you feel at ease and comfortable. Dr Gordon fitted my braces a year ago and I look forward to the monthly ‘adjustments’ feels like a monthly catch-up with friends- the Doc, his assistant and the front reception staff . Ruth at the front desk always manages to accommodate appointment changes. Thank you guys

My first attraction was how immaculate the entire facilities were. Combined with staff who were professional and friendly makes Union Dental the perfect place for all my family's oral health needs. Dr Gordon installed braces for three persons in our family in and we are all very pleased with the results. I strongly recommend the facility.

The first time I entered the office at Fairview it took my breath away. The friendly smiles that greeted me at the reception area made me totally forget that I was at the dentist. It was so inviting with a modern slick style. The immaculately kept waiting area was very welcoming and inviting . I thought my experience couldn't get better . Then was I was whisked away through the glass doors to procedure room. Then, I really had to wonder if I was at the dentist. The care extended to me by Dr. John Gordon and his team was A class service. They paid keen attention to every detail. He was so thorough. Not to mention his state of the art equipment which some of them he is the only one on the island to own such. Dr . Gordon's Dental Surgery is a One Stop Shop for ALL dental care.

Had a fantastic experience once again with Dr. Sebastian Gordon! I have been coming here every year and they never fail to amaze me. This year in particular, they have done a great job at social distancing and keeping the facility up to par with covid precautions.
I was impressed with the new and innovative equipment incorporated to not only protect staff but patients as well.

So I usually have phobia to dentists but I felt really comfortable here. This dental center took all COVID precautions and it made me feel safe. Good hygiene, nice staff, and Dr. Sebastian was really good taking care of my teeth. I recommend 100%, and will definitely go there again when needed.

After so many years of using dentist, finally one that just works. Appointment system is brilliant, always very accommodating with times. A reminder sms/whatsapp is sent the working day beforehand. Dr. John Gordon is excellent at what he does. The transformation I have experience to date is exceptional. I am literally more confident when I smile. Dr. Gordon is the best. I used to be so afraid of filling but Dr. Gordon made me so comfortable and adhere to my request of no suction and it went quite smoothly. That was 5yrs ago and now am ready again. I live in the US and no one else can do my filling or cleaning but Dr. Gordon. You keep up the great job Doc. Soon make another appointment to see you again
