I was shocked by the high level of service provided by all the team at Sound City. I purchased a sound system for my vehicle which didn't work properly. When I called I was expecting the usual Jamaican nightmare of having to fight to be treated decently, but not at Sound City - they replaced and reinstalled a new device no issues or hassle. I will definitely use them again
