I wanted form play for my project and they had them at a reasonable price. The big plus is that if you already have your measurements they will cut the board, in this case, ply board for you at $35/cut I thought this was great a great deal.

I went to Phil's hardware earlier this morning and despite being misinformed by a previous employee I left and went back hours later and ended up speaking with another employee by the name Bob and when I tell you this man exemplifies excellent customer service(which is a epidemic in Jamaica) it would be an understatement. He's very knowledgeable, polite, provides excellent customer service, efficient and hardworking. However management can acknowledge him it should be done because I will, based on my experience recommend everyone who has hardware needs to visit this location and ask for Bob.

A good place to go for hardware products. With spacious surroundings a ready to assist you staffing so your in and out in no time. There is ample parking space to save you time with shopping.

The self-service idea at Phil's was an experience for me, it was my first visit since that concept came into play. Cashier staff needs to be better at their job. Love place.

I'm not a new customer to Phil's but today's experience prompted me to submit a review.
I had the most pleasant hardware store shopping experience today when I encountered Lorraine.
Not only was she pleasant , she was attentive and courteous. She went above and beyond to go hunt down an item that she suggested might be out of stock because it wasn't on the shelf and I was so pleasantly surprised when she came back smiling that she located one. That's unheard of for me from a hardware store employee. My experience is they are usually so relieved to tell me it's NOT IN STOCK.

Great selection of hardware items

Ample parking, friendly knowledgeable staff, spacious aisles to facilitate leisurely browsing. Has a snack counter and almost everything for building, home renovations, and repairs. Transportation contractors are parked outside to help with delivery.of your purchases. Prices are very reasonable.
