Staff was busy but professional.
I went back two other days for more material.
The number on their invoice doesn’t seem to work but when connected through their main office I was able to place my order on my third trip.
Items were ready and waiting thus reducing the lag time in the store.

Professional, verrryyyy helpful, smiles and knowlege fo products combined!

Ms Monique Williamson, is the heart of this store. It's a pleasure doing business with her. Truly committed to the job. Never tired of going to this store. Very knowledgeable about the products she sells.

Good location, right off the Boulevard, staff is non existent you get there, you get a "good afternoon" about 5-10 minutes later. Terribly understaffed. They have the quality products you need, it's just it takes forever to get them. Please look in to this "Sherwin Williams" corporate. I would say please visit, expect a wait if you are even the second customer in line.

Despite the long wait, staff were knowledgeable, very pleasant & helpful.

Convenient location and excellent service

The service at the Dunrobin location is great. The staff is knowledgeable and provides good guidance for your purchases. The suggestions that they made matched back with the list given by the "sprayman".

Obviousky well trained and knowledgable technicians took time to provide not only product information, but guidance to address specific issues regarding my paint job. The very polite, helpful young man took extended time to help me select colours and the mixed my colours. They keep a record in their system so that in the future one can match back colours exactly. I will not consider buying paint elsewhere again. Unbeatable prices too.

Found the specific paint I was looking for. Called ahead and the rep told me they had a small quantity. Got there and he had my name written on the tin, just for me. Personalized service I tell you.

Customer service is great and they have paints and stains for a lot of applications. From the cheap, not so great quality to the high quality stuff at extra cost.
