This place is really good. This is local supermarket.You can buy lots of Italian food here.People in Venice are very friendly.They help me a lot.

Good place for grocery but a bit busy always

This was a lovely grocery store. Large selection. Reasonable prices. I encourage visitors to get some items made from the pre-made fresh deli case. I bought shrimp in saor. It was just as tasty as the version I got on some cicchetti I was served at a restaurant. Friendly counter help as well!

Has everything you need in a grocery store except medicine

It's fantastic to visit the shop where you can buy stuff for reasonable price.

The Coop is always a great place to get your groceries while on vacation in Italy. Clean with a great selection of items and amazing prices. We always find what we need and this location was within a 10 minute walk so if you are near the bus terminal make sure to stop by (and bring a bag with you).

Make sure you buy snacks, drinks and water from the coop; the stores in Venice charge a premium.

Friendly staff, good choice and OK priced for Venice. Our choice for food, when we stay in Venice. Their product line "ViviVerde" offers a wide variety of organic food. They have some ready made hot food at one counter in the middle of the shop. But it is on the left around a column from the actual counter, where you take your ticket to be served.

Great selection of items and fresh fruits and vegetables

As far as I can tell, this is the largest supermarket on the island of Venice. If you are staying in a place with a kitchen, it is absolutely worth it to visit - selection and prices are much better than the 2 small supermarkets (one of them is a Coop) by the Rialto bridge. If your back is to the water, the entrance is on your left. You go in and slowly make your way towards the right, until the last section, which contains checkout. Self-check towards left, manned stations towards right.
Don't forget to weigh your produce before getting to checkout (it's 2 doorways/rooms from the produce to checkout). Bring bags or buy there, and self-bag. By the way, guy behind the deli counter yelled "no photos" when I snapped a picture of the deli (I was snapping the food, not him!). Both times, the younger man and older blonde lady at checkout were cordial (I wouldn't call it friendly, but definitely cordial and not curt).

If you need store in Venezia, I would go for this place. They have everything you need.

Dear tourist, when you buy a wine bottle at the supermarket and you drink walking around Venice you don't look like an italian (we don't do that... we drink at the bar) but you look like a stupid. We know it's a "woow! in my country I can't!" but this's only an advice, drink wine at the bar and not "take away". #letsguide
