We walked in and fell in love with everything we saw! I wanted to bring home something unique and spectacular, and after looking around their amazing showroom we found the love knot! Uniquely crafted, full of magnificent colors. The manager that helped us was very friendly and accommodating! Our purchase was expertly packaged and shipped very quickly! Our shopping experience was complimented by champagne and a boat ride to our next location! Looking forward to our next visit!

As we get out of vaporetto, we follow other people and got into this place. They did a quick demonstration of how to make a glass cup and horse, then took us to the store. We left without buying and felt a bit sorry, but there was no pressure to buy anything.

A fantastic place to visit. If you like art glass and are interested to see how its made then you need to visit here. On the beautiful island of Murano its just a short ferry ride from Venice, and after exploring there why not visit the neirbouring islands of Burano and Torcello

Master craftsman!! if you are on Murano for glass blowing this is your place. €5 admission is reasonable. The gift shop does seem rather more expensive than a lot of the shops nearby

Great experience, professional craftsman the do the same old technique ( the glass blowing technique) under which the glass product holds the name of the island Murano! Its a must do thing and I advise people to take this tour when in Venice to visit this lovely island.

If you get in there and have the exhibition by one glass master Murano will be a great experience if you go only to buy glass will be fine but if you go only to see an enjoy the city. Not much to do.

We were offered a complimentary visit to the glass factory. It was amazing to see the craftsmen up close working the glass. The products in the showrooms varied from very expensive to quite reasonable for the low end products. Some marvellous works of art ! Michele, our guide was a gentleman, very informative and there was no pressure to buy. A very good experience. I would recommend.

Glass making demonstration for 5€ each is worth it. If you buy in their beautiful store you get the admission fee back (which we did). They walk with you when you go upstairs but do it; it’s better than any gallery or museum. Awesome glass works.

Visited this factory by arrangement with our hotel in Venice and arrived by Water Taxi. We were met at the dock by Mario who spoke excellent English. We saw the Maestro making glass chandelier and other objects. We then had a tour of showroom with some amazing products. We ended the tour in their shop where we purchased two items - there was absolutely no pressure and the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this establishment to any visiting the island.

Great place to see how Mureno glass is made. Small demonstration work shop where glass makers show their trade. Nice selection of glass work in all price ranges, from a few Euro’s to ten thousands of Euro’s. Friendly staff, eager to show their stock. We were also shown the top level with the master craftsmen’s pieces. Really impressed.

Free demo of glass blowing. Quick and fun. Worth the visit. They ask what languages ar spoken in the audience and do the explanation in the language most people speak. Ours was in Italian, but it is clear enough what is going on because you can watch the artesan working live in front of you, and ask questions to the tour guide when you go into the shop afterwards.

Well worth a visit as the glass blowing is a spectacular talent.
They have some fantastic bits in the shop which are all hand made by them.

Very interesting short display of glass blowing by expert craftsmen. No pressure to buy and prices seemed reasonable to me. These people do need to eat!
