Very disappointed of the service!!!!! They are quite inefficient and make you go to the branch several times for the same transaction.Online channels are also not very efficient, and by not operating well, you end up paying high commissions. NOT RECOMMENDED, don't waste your time!!!

Totalmente incompetenti! Non sanno gestire un cambio conto con trasferimento di filiale, se non gli dici tu quello che hai oltre al conto corrente loro nemmeno guardano se hai investimenti!!!
Completamente inaffidabili!!

Assolutamente sconsigliati. Ho telefonato per un problema ma non mi hanno voluto aiutare. Ho dovuto chiedere ad un'altra filiale, che invece ha collaborato.
