Guesthouse 43

A little treasure! This guesthouse is super comfy. The rooms are very nice and we really enjoyed our stay here. The bathrooms are super clean and modern. The kitchen has everything you need and the armchairs in the living room invite for a relaxing end of the day. This has been the nicest accomodation on our whole trip through Iceland!

Lovely location, pretty well maintained with heart. We (6 persons) did love our short stay for 2 days while having several opportunities for adventures very close, like Whale watching with Laki in Olafsvik or exploring the Snaefellsjökull.

Really cozy little guest house with 3 rooms for rent. Everything was clean. The wifi was decent. I liked the little hand towels which guests can use. Big advantage is that you can check in basically any time, which was useful for us as we arrived really late. We didn't use common areas, but they also looked great and useful.

This was one of the nicest guesthouses we stayed in during our trip. Everything was so clean, warm and cozy.
I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Comfortable rooms, very well stocked kitchen, very clean, beautiful location

Very cute guest house. The owner was very nice and she made sure everything was allright. The kitchen and living room were shared with everyone so you have to talk to others when they want to cook.

Wow, what a luxurious place here. Our host was very gracious and we made full use of the kitchen. The house has obviously been loved and looked after, and I can say the same for us during our stay there too.

Guesthouse 43 war wirklich ein Ort, den man beim nächsten Mal wieder bucht.
Es fühlt sich an wie in einem ganz normalen Wohnhaus, mit schöner Küche, tollen Wohnzimmer mit direkten entspannten Blick auf Kirkjufell. Und die Zimmer sind auch sehr groß.

Es gibt genügend Badezimmer, sodass man nicht andauernd auf jemanden anderes warten muss.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet auch Menschen etwas zum essen, die sich nicht um den Einkauf gekümmert haben. (aber nur kurzfristig).

Alles in allem ein schöner Ort, in dem man sich wirklich wohl fühlt!

다리가 아파서 1층 소파에서 잠을 자기는 했지만 그래도 잊지 못 할 숙소!

Best guesthouse in whole Iceland. We really enjoyed our stay at guesthouse 43. Without a doubt, I can highly recommend this place!

-host was extrememly friendly and gave us so much info and we had a great conversation about her life and culture in Iceland
-everything was very clean and neat. Great living room area with comfy sofa and dining tables. Kitchen is very well equipped
-complimentary laundry (which I have never seen in whole Iceland!)
-it’s a house where host grew up when she was a little girl so she is really taking good care of the house!
-house has a great view of Kirkjufell!
-it’s in the center of the city but still very quiet.
-only three rooms but with two toilets and two showers for guests’ convinience (she told me that she doesnt want to make extra room because it will be crowded and guests won’t be as comfy as it is now) she is very caring person!

호스트 엄청 친절하고 놀랍게도 세탁비도 안받고 세탁기를 쓸 수 있었음. 화장실 방 주방 모두 엄청 깨끗하고 침대도 너무 좋았음. 아이슬란스 게스트하우스 중이 제일 좋았습니다! 무조건 여기 가세요! 다른 게스트하우스랑 다르게 방도 넓찍해요! 총 방3개 인데 화장실이 2 개 샤워실2개라 북적거리지도 않고 너무 좋았어요. 뷰도 완전 좋아요

Da fuori non mostra quanto bella e confortevole é all'interno!!! Consigliatissima per un soggiorno in zona!!!

Una casa muy muy acogedora. Tienes de todo, muy limpia y ordenada. Cocina completa, juegos de mesa, tres baños.
