After a long day nature trekking through the Icelandic countryside and visiting beautiful waterfall after beautiful waterfall, sometimes all you want is a burger and a beer, right? Well, here you go.

The burger? It's tasty and messy. But it's that right kind of messy that makes you say: "Awes yeah, that's a good burger." You won't mind at all. But after a bite, you'll likely say: "Sure this is a great burger, but you know what would make it better? A nice craft beer."

Well, you're in luck there. They brew beer right there! Get you on some of that. And, if you want, get some of that to go.

I was so delicious ans original food, next to the brewery. I took the wafle pulled pork with corn and dessert, with discover beer.

This is a fantastic tap room with views of the brewery and great burgers. The guys at the bar were super friendly and the beer was excellent. Basically it’s a great place to while away a few hours in the evening after a day of hiking and sightseeing.

Probably the best chicken burger we have ever had. The menu features classic burgers as well as burgers with a twist. Decent craft beers on offer. Sauces are add-ons and the fries are greasy and extra crunchy. Would highly recommend it!

Very much like an American brewery. Staff was very friendly and helpful with beer samples and recommendations. I sampled four beers and got the classic burger. Everything I sampled was excellent and the food was amazing. Wouldn’t change a thing. This place is it.

Don’t mind my beer in my burger tray I may or may not have accidentally spilled it everywhere.

Probably the best meal I’ve had while in Iceland. Average cost $35-70 (meal with a side and drinks). The Lamb was delicious and they have a large beer selection.

We visited multiple times during our stay. Great ambiance, kind and helpful personnel and the food + drinks are amazing. Don’t forget to try the chicken waffle and mango-passionfruit beer.

I recently tried the burgers at this place, and I was thoroughly impressed. The quality of the ingredients shone through in each bite, making for a delicious and satisfying meal. I am from a small town that is known for its BBQ and the bbq at Smidjan was better. We went back and ordered more ribs because they were the most tender ribs I’ve ever had. I was a bit skeptical to try their beers but I’m glad I did because it was amazing. The IPAs were some of the best I’ve ever had.

Wonderful burger place with a stunning industrial vibe. Stopped in after a long morning of hiking and this was a great lunch stop! The menu was easy to figure out. They offer Fancy burgers with great combos. The vegan loaded burger was delicious. Loved that they had vegan choices as well as regular. The staff was friendly. We were able to order right on our phones and the food came to our table quickly. The burgers were amazing. Highly recommend the vegan burger and onions rings! Great place with even better food located in Vik!

Very tasty chicken burger and blue cheese burger and the best cheese-jalapeno. Nice beer - happy hour from 16:00

Beer was solid!
Had several pints and a few tastings, most of the beer wasn't something I would normally pick up but it was good and well made!!

I don't usually drink IPAs, but hey struck a good balance and didn't over do the hops

Food was also pretty good!

Overall a solid brewery, anyone who enjoys the micro-brewery scene, this is a must stop in Vik especially after a rainy cold day

Both the beers and the burgers are amazing, and the service was really fast and friendly.

We went late on a Friday and they were busy but super quick to accommodate us and the food came out fast.

If I lived nearby I’d be back in a heartbeat, really great spot.

We really enjoyed the food here! It hit the spot after a long day of activities. The service was great and there was a lot of food/drink choices! The burgers are cooked to medium, so if you would like yours more done make sure to ask!

Definitely our type of 'eatery / bar' with its own Microbrewery. We shared a blue cheese burger & a full rack if ribs plus fries, washed down with a local IPA. Freshly cooked, ever so tasty and all served with a 'smile'. Definitely visit if in Vik, Iceland.

Cool little brew house. Great IPA's. Had the Wet Spot NEIPA 6% and Hooked On IPA 6%, Chicken Sandwish and Jalapeños Cheese Balls. COME and ENJOY. Great little fund and worth the visit. Edgy and delicious.

The food here is fantastic. We tried two different kinds of burgers here (original and the one with onion ring and bacon). I actually liked the original burger better even though bacon and onion rings sound like a good idea. In addition to their burger, I highly recommend their chicken sandwich. It's amazing!

A perfect post-adventure day happy hour spot!! We stopped in and I had a flight of beers and my husband had a beer. We split the jalapeño cheddar bites they were DELICIOUS! Much better than I expected, all homemade. Cool and relaxed atmosphere.

Great brewery with classic BBQ food. Burgers, wings, ribs, etc. also has vegetarian and vegan options. Best place to grab a meal in Vik! They told us the wait would be 45 mins for food and it came out in 10.
