Most birds are out freely roaming around (with the exception of only several species that must be kept to themselves. Very nice to visit.

Pros: Beautiful but small garden. With good variety of bird species, a place you should see during your visit. It's very close to Isfahan aquarium which you can walk or rent carriages.

Cons:Parking space is not as good as it should be and the behaviour of parking guards are terribly inappropriate .

Isfahan Bird Garden is not only one of the sightseeing places of Isfahan, it hosts tourists and visitors, but it is also a center for the identification and visit and research of scholars and researchers. This complex started its activity in August 1375 and has an area of ​​55,000 square meters. The internal area under the net of the garden is 17,000 square meters and the area of ​​the net is 40,000 square meters. This net is located on 16 movable columns with a maximum height of 32 meters. More than 130 types of chickens and birds are kept in this collection.

This place is a big facility which keeps a variety of birds in different species. Many of them are kept in small cages but some of them are put in a big area which is secured by nets and the birds cannot fly away. A part of this park is allocated to the plants and flowers and a big greenhouse is made to keep some of them always warm. This garden has a pond in it and it is well maintained. You can have fun for at least half a day to search all parts of this garden and visit all the birds and other animals which are kept in it. The birds garden is one of the tourist centers of the city.

This large bird homage is more than 17000 m2 and has a huge chain-link fence around it which enables birds to fly freely inside the Garden.

No drinking water available in the whole park. You have to carry a bottle of water all day. 😬😑
