very bad experience . worst experience . very bad rooms . Poor maintenance of the room . There were bad smell of the toilets . Exhaust fan was not available in the toilets . Exterior look is fine but the interior is really bad . No proper parking facility for cars . Electricity was fluctuating every time. There is a huge lack of proper maintenance . I would never suggest this one to anyone or myself even if I get it for free . Terrible experience staying over there . Don't book this . Please look for a better one . Saying this from my own experience .

I had placed a telephonic order worth 10k and requested it to be delivered to my mom's house in Kerala

They charged me Rs650 as courier charges and assured me home delivery

The courier guy called my mom and asked her to come 9 kms to their office or pay additional charges for home delivery

When I contacted the shop and spoke to Sangeeta ( who had taken my order, she just didn't help out)

Please avoid this shop.. They are a big SCAM trying to fleece tourists
