Most stunning jungle view, watched the sunrise from the balcony of my room. Upon arrival I was greeted by lovely Anoop, he told me that there were no river side rooms available that day but he promised me to check the next day if they would have availability. Luckily there was and so they changed my room the next day free of charge . The facilities overall were great and the staff was really nice. The only point of improvement I would have is to create some facilities for the drivers of guests like other hotels so in the area so that they can comfortably stay there too. All in all, great choice for your Munnar stay - enjoy! (And make sure you get a river side room ;-))

Valley view is awesome. Rooms are clean and hygiene. People are so humble here. Service is very good. We enjoyed the valley view a lot. Espicially in the early Mornings and evenings. Food quality is good and hygiene.

The staff is very good and the location is awesome. You can take a walk outside and feel the natural vibes. The rooms are spacious and very good.

The stay was amazing with everything very neat and clean and the staff was polite and well behaved. The turnaround time for any order and related stuff were very quick.

The service was stupendous, the location is good, the staff were amicable and food was fairly good. The first night, the service seemed to be quite tardy after we ordered dinner. But they mend it after we shared our feedback at the reception. All in all, the rooms were clean. We had gotten the rooms behind the dining room which had a beautiful view.

I had a 2 day stay here with my family. The rooms were good. Management was good. Staffs were polite and avail the things whichever we want. Only the thing is distance which is away from the market. But the view from the hotel was amazing. Food was also okay. I'll recommend others as well.

Awesome view point, rooms are well cleaned and daily proper maintenance, staff and management are very helpfull and very responsible.
I suggest anyone to take valley view rooms because the view is breathtaking.
Food quality is very good. You get a proper Kerala style cuisines.

Amazing place and ambience. The view is absolutely amazing, day or night. We got to see the sunset and sunrise from the terrace, which is accessible for the guests. Apart from this the rooms are spacious. Bathrooms were clean.
Room service is promt.

The Manager was also nice. There is complimentary breakfast. We had ordered lunch and dinner at room service and it was affordable and delicious.

Amazing place, Has a really good weather and plus point if you book the valley view room, it's worth the extra, the view is absolutely amazing, day or night. Apart from this the rooms are spacious enough for 2 people.

It was really an unique and amazing experience. We stayed almost 4 days in mid of April. Good hospitality and friendly staff.

I recommend to choose back lake view rooms, the view is just really panoramic. You can relax and enjoy the view with your cup of coffee or your favourite 🍹 drink.

Prices are reasonable and the service is good and reliable.

There are many jeep safari vendors around and it’s worth to choose.

I am sure you will enjoy your stay in Lake-forest.

Good resort to stay in (or) near Munnar with a great view from the Terrace.

Stayed here for 3 nights with family. Hotel has excellent balcony view, clean bathroom, neat room. Quite surroundings,the staff is available anytime for the customer, the manager who deals very well with the customer, according to my experience the stay was very silent unlike the hotels in Munnar town, the restaurant food was very good, I was very impressed with the view from the very beautiful balcony, excellent service and excellent hotel.
