Eterno Camellia & Elettaria Resort Munnar

We loved the room and the views were absolutely incredible. It was a wooden cabin, very cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. The service was really good and the breakfast was tasty and dinner was awesome.

The place we visited second time already we visited at here. My family and I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. All staff is very friendly and helpful. The hospitality provided is highly appreciated. Very good place for couples. The ambience and the rooms are so good. Food is excellent, Breakfast very tasty and delicious. One of the best, beautiful and peaceful place to stay.

Very nice property. Awesome views and great rooms. The staff is very good. In room service and other facilities are on point it's very safe and beat for a couple stay. Very cozy place. The ramp like way to rooms and restaurant is worth staying in a hotel instead of going out to explore.

If you want to stay in a remote place amidst jungle, this is highly recommended. Beautiful ambience and has all facilities. View from the room is too good and service is brilliant.

Very good place for couples.
It has all kinds of rooms from luxury to normal. All kinds of food available. The location of the resort is absolutely mind-blowing. The whole place is very peaceful and calm.
And I have to mention about the manager James bond sir. One of the most humble and honest person we'll take care of the guest like own family members safe and security 100%. very good management under him all staffs are much friendly and respectful will respond immediately.

Absolutely loved the rooms.

The service could be a little better.

With respect to the location, there is alot of walking involved to reach the reception or the dining room. Would definitely not suggest for anyone with knee problems or aged people.

Do ask for their cab service if you happen to visit this place to the travel to different locations within the property.

The buffet was elaborate and tasty.

Overall it's an great place with an amazing view. Loved it.

The location is so beautiful. Just want to stay here for some more days. Food was also amazing. Just look in the photo that I uploaded here. Such a beautiful view from the resort. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to go near Munnar, should book a stay at this resort. Totally worth staying there. I am definitely coming back here whenever I can.

I had a wonderful experience here! Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff, restaurant were delightful and eager to help! The service was exceptional as well. Stunningly beautiful and loved the ambience and atmosphere, especially wooden houses! Highly recommended and I'll visit again for sure. Thank you!

Excellent property and staff..
Had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the scenic beauty surrounding the property. Restaurant served good food.
The Staff was very helpful.

The only drawback is the approach road and the entrance road to the property which is quiet scary as it's very steep.
(It seems the main entrance to the property was temporarily not functional as the main highway road was under construction and it's been under repair for past 2 years)
As the restaurant is mid way between the property entrance and the rooms, it will be challenging for elderly people to walk.

NOTE: Dont blindly follow "GOOGLE Maps" as it can take you through the road(track) which is used specifically for safari on jeeps where any other cars except Jeeps will get stuck due to bumpy roads and narrow path.

Highly recommended for families and couples...

All staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the reception teams.

Location of the hotel is very good. The food quality of the food is also very good. There are many activities in the hotel itself such as tea garden walk.Their ambience and prosperity is very good and room is very clean and all facilities they have and staffs way of approaching and their smiling face is always pleasant feeling to us.. One of the best resorts i have stayed in the recent times. The service has been exceptionally good. The resort is well maintained . The location is awesome for someone who wants to stay close to the nature. The rooms were spacious. All rooms have a pretty large balcony overlooking the the mountains.And the hari properly guide to me his simplicity make to me a smile. I strongly suggest everyone reading this post to go for this resort, if you are travelling to Munnar.
