Very nice hotel right in the center of Munnar. The owners are extremely kind and accommodating and all the staff is ready to help at a moments notice. Our room was impeccably clean and spacious with a great view. Would definitely recommend.

Nice and clean rooms with wonderful hospitality. Situated in the heart of Munnar town . Easy to go for a sightseeing places. Moreover staffs are humble and kind and we enjoyed really and remarkable stay at Jays Inn. Thanks to everyone

The ambiance of the hotel is excellent. Rooms which were allotted to us were clean, spacious and hygienic. Me and my family checked in quite early in the morning for which they provided us with another room to freshen up. The manager even made arrangements for refreshments within an hour as soon as we reached the hotel. Overall a nice experience I would say ! :))

Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Budget friendly hotel. Parking space is limited. Value for money. Recommend

This Hotel is located at the amazing place at Munnar. We liked this hotel.

I have stayed in superior king room , the room is good. 24/7 hot water available. The hotel is in the centre from which we can get access to hotels, cabs,local market easily. The manager Deepak is so helpful and patient. The view from the room balcony is very nice.

It's in very good location in Central munnar near to bus stop and hotels are near by. Rooms also neat and good.

Excellent Stay
Property located at the center of Munnar town. The Hotel was very good and major tour spots are easily accessible from the spot. Drinking water & hot water everything is fine. All Staff is polite and helpful thank Mr Deepak.

I was staying for three days at jays inn, this property is located in city center where we can taste good food and do shopping, property manager is very helpful in all aspects, thanks Deepak

Superb rooms with balconies close to the bus stop. Poor WiFi.

Near to auto and jeep stand. It situated in the main city. KSRTC bus stand is 2km from the hotel. Room is good balcony view. Parking for 2 & 4 wheeler's are available.

Rooms were well maintained. And the location was good where the hotel is situated.

It was a pleasant stay. Budget hotel with good service. No restaurant facility. But, it is possible to order food through them.During our visit, the morning weather was splendid.

A Good budget hotel in the middle of Munnar Town, near to central taxi,auto stand,market area.i have booked Room with balcony (steet/hill view room). Hotel staff was polite and helpful, No restaurant in hotel but many Good Restaurants are nearby (Maharani,Sri Laxmi, chettinad(chettinad was closed),gurubhavan etc.

It's in the middle of the town. Has all sort of facilities that you should expect for their rate(very less) like hot water(drinking/ bathing) wifi. Rooms with balcony is also available. Nice and friendly staff. Food was also arranged by them.
