Worst internet service provider of darjeeling. Bad technical assistance. Even if they fix the issue it's temporary. If anyone is patiently hoping that in the coming days or months the internet will get better than you are absolutely wrong. Please change immediately if your kids who need to study or if you have important work over the internet. You will be in peace. 3 yr I have experienced. You maybe paying for a month but in total you are getting max 25 days service. That also interrupted service.

Worst Internet service providers. I am very much unsatisfied. They promise 15-20 mbps for 800/ month pack and they give 1-2 Mbps most of the time and when the net is very good you get 10 Mbps max. Sometimes it can be below 1 Mbps also. Don't ever get a connection of this ISP.

Connection is slow it's better to use mobile data then versatile wifi.worst experience ever.costing is high but service zero.
