I stayed with my two kids and had a wonderful experience. I felt very comfortable and safe.The staff behaviour, food, hotel location are all excellent.The hotel is beautifully planned and decorated. The buffet had a wide and delicious spread.

Extremely wonderful experience. We had our small baby with us, the staff made sure that things are utmost comfortable and pleasant for us. Rooms are good, slightly small though, temperature is moderated well despite the extreme cold temperature outside. Facilities are good enough to have a nice stay. Food options are variety are also decent. I would definitely recommend this as a stay when in Darjeeling..

The view from this resort was awesome specially sunset and sunrise never to be forgotten. gardens are beautiful. rooms are cosy and well lit. rooms are warm with heaters. washrooms are clean. small snacks in rooms and good night note is left by staff in room after cleaning which is very nice. only thing is hotel should look for more facilities for the disabled or old age people. i enjoyed my stay here. breakfast is delicious and managers are so friendly. my husband birthday we celebrated here and it was a treat.

It was a wonderful place for us as a family. The property is well suited to keep the whole family comfortable. Kids have play room activities, for adults there is well equipped gym and spa facilities. Property is also located at walkable distance from Mall Road. Service was great and friendly.

One of the best hotels in Darjeeling to stay at. Really friendly and courteous staffs, always greeted us with a smile. Beautiful rooms and nicely located property. Food is also great there. You get a nice view of the hills from the property. We all liked this place a lot. Will surely be back here again 😀

What a lovely place this is. A world away from home, but felt like home thanks to the wonderful staff. Big thanks to Rudolph the manager of the establishment, lovely friendly chap and he is running an amazing place. The journey is long and unique but the view is incredible and we'll worth the trip. You will want to stay longer I promise!

Amazing.. must visit to relax.. close to Mall Road too.. staff is very polite and helpful. Mr. Sabyasachi was a great help and we enjoyed our Anniversary Celebrations too.. 5/5 on enjoyment score.. Must visit. 😇😇

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is clean, well located. Behavior of staff is excellent. It is located about 8 mins walk from Mall, an open area which seems like a nice gathering place for people. Additionally there is a bit longer road by the side of the mountain with views of the Himalayas on a good clear day. At the very least, one can see the nearby mountains. This path is most taken by pedestrians. So easy to walk on. There are observation spots along this path. The restaurant has a wide offering of foods. We took room service a few times. The food was of good quality and came on a timely manner.

Only proper 5 star property but no view of Kanchenjunga. Elevator available, you need exit from Raj Bhavan Gate and then you have the 3rd view point in a min which has the most amazing view of Kanchenjunga on a clear day.

Awesome hotel & resort. It's picturesque location adds to its beautiful dimensions. Hotel staff is friendly and food is awesome tasty. Rooms are neat and clean and worth the charges. We booked a private suite at Mayfair hotel.

It has a bar section , a temple, a reading library , a conference room am ample of open spaces, and gaming room along with spa facilities. Its a must visit for all instagram addicts as the whole day will go in clicking pictures inside hotel only.

It is also kids friendly hotel as it has a separate lawm and separate play room for kids.

The Property is at a very prior location near the Mall road. However the view from the room or the lounge beaches is such beautiful that you prefer to stay there and just relax.

Had a wonderful time there btwn 14-16 December ! This was our second time experience with Mayfair before this we had a holiday time in Siliguri Mayfair !
The view from the resort is beautiful our goal was to relax with view ,spa and food which was met totally! My toddler enjoyed the play area ! I really liked the place ! Kudos to the service providers here ! Also it is walking distance from major viewpoints, market and other local tourist attractions! Loved the place and had a marvellous experience!

Very well located property with excellent service and tasty food…what else would one need during a hill station holiday.

Rooms were excellent with fire place (which were lit promptly on request), room heaters, air humidifiers. Nice touch of hospitality with some complimentary snacks and sift lift drinks which were replenished every day.

Service is impeccable and all possible needs are met promptly which is hard to get in hill stations, specifically in peak season ( end of December).

Gaming area adequate to have all in the family occupied, the gym is small but will help to lose your calories.

The buffet breakfast is top notch with a wide spread of dishes, including live counter. One thing missing was Darjeeling tea in pots (signature in all cafes here). You need to be satisfied with tea bags. Maybe the only complaint.

The “Douglas” bar is small yet cozy with plenty of options to keep one happy. Bartender Jyotirmoy is good at mixing cocktails. Tell him your taste and he can surely mix something more satisfying than just quenching your thirst.

Bhuman ji and Deepna ji is always looking after you in the restaurant. Reach out to them if you need something and they’ll promptly help you out with a smile.

Overall a highly recommend luxurious stay option and will definitely return.

Amazing stay, great ambiance, good food and well worth the price paid. We went on December with full Christmas decor. It was so cosy. Wish our stay lasted longer.
