Best Cafe in Darjeeling.
Food, ambience and the service is the best and that too at a very reasonable rate.
The view of Kanchenjunga and valleys from the cafe is awesome. The service from the employees of cafe is top. Latte, Cappuccino, Hot chocolate and pasta from here are my favs.

Best place to work from and one of the rare places in Darjeeling where we found good washroom too - which is a plus :)

A chill place to savour delicious food .. after a walk down from the temple .. be sure to take some selfies on the balcony.

So basically we found this place while saving ourselves from heavy rain during our walk at Darjeeling Street. This place is so beautiful and well decorated with a proper view of kanchenjunga.

Though because of the fog we didn't get any view 😔.

But during that kind of weather we enjoyed their freshly brewed coffee very much.

~Chocolate cappuccino
~Hot chocolate
~French fries

If you are in Darjeeling then do visit this place. Just start walking from the side of mahakal temple and while walking a bit you will see this beautiful cafe at your right.

English Breakfast is outstanding. Above all the atmosphere is breathtaking. Nice ambience. Recommended for all. Moderate pricing.

Now, this is a place that deserves a 5 star. I enjoyed a decent cup of coffee. They accept international visa cards, and the view is just awesome.

Fish cutlet was fresh and soft
Kashmiri kulfi was too good
Hot chocolate tasted like bournvita but it was good
Atmosphere is very nice but there is no view from this cafe overall we had a good experience here.

Well well well!!! It is a hidden gem in Darjeeling. I found it in my 3rd visit to Darjeeling. The location, ambience, atmosphere is too good.
Service is also very good. Food quality was not bad too.Overall I found a cafe which let me remove glenerys from my go to bucket list of cafes. Place is well maintained and attractive.

Location - walk through the patg beyond mahakal market in mall, you will found it.

Kulfi here tasted amazing. We ordered jamun kulfi, mango kulfi and kesar kulfi. All three of them were so good. 🤌
Darjeeling chai needs no special mention. It was so good everywhere whether we drank it on small shops or cafes.
Also the interior was so good with wide variety of flowers. Being a gardener myself flowers n plants have my ❤. That's why I am mentioning them especially.

Just below the observatory deck, inside the balcony of The Retreat hotel, this is placed. This cafe is well organised and decorated a wall with cartoon sketch about various places around darjeeling. A variety of book collection is also present around a corner. We tried darjeeling tea and coffee here. There is a great view in case of a clear day. We got there on breakfast time but we had booked our complimentary breakfast at our hotel so couldn't try anything else. Next time will definitely try other side items. An interesting fact here is also that they have online menu card which is available by scanning the QR on the table, network here might be an issue. But they have personal cafe wifi, if you ask them they will definitely connect your phone through it

This is a private cafe which was inaugurated by honourable chief minister of WB Ms. Mamta Banerjee . On a day with clear sky the view is worth a million dollar. ❤

Avinit, the restaurant captain, was simply amazing! His warm welcome and engaging personality made the dining experience unforgettable.

The beautiful café, delicious food, excellent coffee, and breathtaking view added to the charm.

Caffe House Darjeeling served a delightful array of treats. The inverted cappuccino was a frothy, caffeine delight, while the caffe mocha offered a rich blend of coffee and chocolate. The brownie was a decadent, gooey square of indulgence, and the chocolate pastry was a heavenly slice of pure chocolate bliss. To balance the sweetness, their French fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff were friendly. A must-visit for anyone seeking a delectable mix of coffee and dessert in the heart of Darjeeling.

Beautifull Cafe on the lesser crowded streets of the mall.. well managed and clean

Tasty English breakfast. Also saw few pictures of Mamata dining in there so certainly quite important shimportant breakfast place. The receptionist lady was nice in explaining me the options.

This cafe is situated in a beautiful place. The view of Kanchanjunga mountain range is very beautiful from here. The food is also very good.

Food is reasonable and staffs are also good

The location is super fantastic. Service is good. But not the food. We were a 16 people group with Team Bengal Local. Cold Coffee Sandwich French Fries are good. But quality of main course (Rice, Noodles, etc etc) was below average. May be the time we ordered was in the afternoon and that time cook was in rest. That may be the reason of bad quality of food. Best thing is the ambiance.

Another thing to mention - There is no parking. You have to get down from your vehicle near Governor House and walk for 3 Minutes. So be prepared if you have walking problem.
