The staff is very friendly and efficient. They have very cute benches overlooking the ocean 🌊.The prices are not so high so it's accessible by all.

Very chilled beach top cafe, good for sundowners as its got a great sea view. Had watermelon soda at sunset, then went back for food later .. they are open till 8:45pm, and had paratha combo and waffles with ice cream, v tasty.

A beautiful quiet cafe along the South Cliff.. They have a variety of sandwiches, wraps and snacks. The view is amazing and the staff was really nice too. Definitely a must visit especially during sunset! We really loved this cafe!

This is our absolute favorite cafe in Varkala South Cliff. Rustic. Bold. Beautiful. The food was always fantastic and no matter what we ordered! Serving staff were also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Cafe Sarwaa has diverse menu, We had Appam with Kerala chicken curry, chicken cheese sandwich, fresh juices and a chocolate waffle with ice cream. Must try!!

Situated at south cliff Varkala. You can enjoy tasty food with a serene view of the beach. Tried pan cake and it was the best we have ever had. Good service too. And the sunset view is unimaginably beautiful.

I love coming here - the yoga training I'm at right now doesn't have many meals with protein in it, so getting the masala omelette here hits the spot. In addition, the ambiance is perfect and the view, you just can't beat! Highly recommend and an amazing spot to see the sunset

Fell in love with the food, the vibe, the view and the atmosphere. After climbing up steep stairs from the beach, we found this café to be the perfect place to sit down and eat and chill for a long time. Serving takes some time but the food is worth it. Clean washroom access is also available!

Beautiful Cliffside Cafe located in South Cliff of Varkala with the most dreamy view of Sunset. Absolutely loved everything about this place. The first thing is that it's reasonable yet luxurious with the experience. If you enjoy going to quiet cafes where you just want to enjoy the ambiance, then it's a must visit.

This place turned out to be quiet surprise. A must visit during the sunset time. The staff is very courteous and will make sure to make you feel comfortable even if they are full. The portions are pretty big which is a big value for money.

We were on a vacation at Varkala where we visited Cafe Sarwaa for Breakfast.This place is viral for its sea facing cliff views and is considered to be one of the top instagramable cafe’s at Varkala. It has the best views during sunset but the morning views are jaw dropping too.Apart from the view the staff is hospitable and polite. The food is great (like sandwiches/pasta/smoothie bowls … etc) . also offers a variety of hot and cold drinks to quench your thirst.

Visiting this place is a must when you are at Varkala

The ambient of this place is so beautiful, you get to see the beach view from this cliff cafe. The staff is very polite and attentive, I ordered mixed berry smoothie which was the tastiest thing I had during my whole stay in Varkala!! 😋
Chicken sandwich was good but the South Indian strong coffee was bit of a miss for me as I came from a filter coffee expectation. But overall the ambience and the food made my day !!

This place is on the cliff side and has a beautiful sunset view. Also there is a way to go down to the beach.

I was craving some Western food and their grilled BLT sandwich hit the spot. The cafe has a great view over the cliff and stairs down to the beach. They also have a little open book shelf.

Bestttt cafe in varkala. They play subtle music and have very aesthetic vibes. You can come here for mesmerising sunset and cliff views. Much better than north cliff cafes at a very reasonable price(when compared with north cliff cafes). They also give cute postcards as a gesture.

This place has the best atmosphere, location, views and breakfast. You should definitely try the orange coffee and the smoothie bowls they offer here. Then opt for a dessert and grab a seat on the bench overlooking the cliff and enjoy it while having cooling breeze blowing through your hair.

This place is extravagantly extatic place when you are in varkala. The place has some mesmerizing beach views and the food experience is top notch. May be pricy but everything sums up to the vibe we get there.

Very nice view of the ocean. Especially at sunset. Attentive and pleasant staff. Good food and large portions. I highly recommend it for a romantic date. After that, you can go down to the ocean and walk along the private beach.
