We had visited Kalimpong on May,19. We had a nice experience over there. Specially the hospitality of
Mr. Prakash Ji overwhelmed us.He had organised the entire tour @Kalimpong,Rishap,Lava & Lolegaon including Food at a very reasonable rate. He is really a good & friendly person.
Good Hospitality, Hotel rooms are all good, Food Quality was just Awesome, Wonderful Experience.

This is a reliable tour organisation according to me. I recommend it to all.

I have gone through a wonderful experience over Kalimpong, Ichhegaon, Lava, Reshop tour on March 2020 with Atithi tour & travel. More over the owner Mr. Prakash Ji is a well behaved, responsible and reliable person. I have also received warm hospitality and good quality of fooding and lodging service from the owner/staff of all the home stays over my trip. The agency kept its all the promisses made during booking.
I will recommend all to hold such reliable hands like Prakash Ji for North bengal or Sikim tour otherwise you have to face too much difficulties in every step.

It was a great trip with Atithi Tour And Travel kalimpong in the month of August , We enjoyed 4days and 3night kalimpong and darjeeling tour. Our tour Coordinator mr. Prakash Adhikari (owner of the company) personally coordinate our tour. Thank you Mr. Adhikari for arranged our tour properly. Food and accommodation was good. We enjoyed camp fire, swimming at relly river, hanging bridge relly river(locally called bhaley pool) and ropeway, toy train, sun rise at tiger hill darjeeling and more. Thank you once again team atithi tour and travel (specially mr. Prakash adhikari who is with us from starting to end. If we plan any tour in future we definitely go with Atithi Tour And Travel.

The tour of kalimpong (daragaon,kolakham, lava, sillerygaon) has been very impressive and satisfactory.Our tour guide Mr. Prakash ji (Atithi tour &travels) is extremely good, very flexible and polite....for that he deserves a special thanks.🌼We had a lot of fun on this tour.😊

Overall the experience was good. Mr Prakash Adhikari's hospitality was nice but would request not to recommend Yankee's Stay hotel in Loleygaon to anyone else. They do not know how to welcome their guests. Everytime when we asked for a room service we had to go to downstairs to call the staff. Apart from that, there are many more disliked items which you all can find out from this hotel review as well. One suggestion of mine to Mr Prakash Adhikari will be to accompany your guests during the whole trip just to ensure that the itinerary items are getting covered thoroughly. If not, then to see the reason behind it. We also falied to communicate properly with the drivers in Hindi as they are mainly Nepali. On the 1st day of the trip, we could not get into Morgan house at 3 PM IST but later on I checked from youtube videos that it remains opened till 7 PM for the visitors. We told our driver that why the gate is closed and whether they permit the visitors to get inside but did not receive any response or help from him. On the last day as well, the Hanging bridge (canopy walk) was closed in Loleygaon. That is why we could not enjoy this itinerary item properly. There actually my question comes in. If they would have infomed us that the bridge is closed then we could have gone to the falls nearby. The hotel manager also the driver did not mention about that before the final day journey. So, please be updated with the status of all these items as you are the ambassador of your place, you are showing the best sites of your city, not us. If your guests could not see it then what is the benefit of including those items in the itinerary? That is why I said if you would have been there with us and have seen these problems then you could have changed and adjusted the itinerary items accordingly because you are the best person to do that as you know your city better than us.
Nevertheless, from the behavior standpoint, Mr Prakash is a good human being. We have given the entire amount at the last day itself. And he did not claim for the money starting from the 1st day itself which we liked very much. At least he showed trust on us and thus valued his guests. Last day he guided us to purchase some wollens and tea leaves in Kalimpong city but due to some family emergencies he could not spare time us during the entire trip. But overall it was a nice experience with this travel agency and wish to go again with them in future. It was totally a budgeted itinerary.

1st trip to sikkim with frens. A lots of excitement and planning started but couldn’t come to the conclusion. So we had Atithi tours to help us in this obvious with Pramila. She took overall responsibility for the package . With the affordable prices and proper management I think atithi tours is go to for everyone. Our hotels, sightseeing, cabs , food everything was a promised to us. The 3 star resort provided at gangtok was fabulous though it was a little outskirts from city lights. Yes we would have Asked a little nice for lachung hotel as it was not to tht level or may b every hotel was of same standard. We will definitley visit again as this time we couldn’t stop nature from rain and snowfall.

Thanks to Pramila basically for managing the tour flawlessly on time cab , on time food, proper follow up in equal amount of time . We enjoyed a lot in short 3 days. I could have given 4.5 but no option. Keep the good work going on.

What I feel I need to share with everyone. Atithi tours & travel member are good to collect amount but they don't know how to maintain. In transport section it's one of the worst package that I feel. We face lot of problems with them. They need some more experience how to be with customers. But it's very bad memories in my 20 years tour experience. They didn't take care about us. Just they treat us as luggage , even they will not allow to do our morning works. Am not satisfied with this travels.
