Bethany Homestay

Bethany homestay is the best place to stay in Kalimpong.The owner Mr. Wangchuk is a very nice gentleman. Rooms are clean,big and views are mind-blowing from the room. Food prepared by Mr. Wangchuk ownself homely tasty food. We travelled with 1 year kid and my mother in law. He helped us in every way. We are highly satisfied and recommending the place.

The owner Mr. Wangchuk is a very nice person, we stayed in the delux rooms, they were clean big and the view from the room awesome. The food is like home made, tasty and healthy. If we want to stay in Kalimpong I would prefer this place at top.

Excellent Room with Awesome view(Far off Mountain ranges, sunset colour shows,paragliders in the sky,and so much more...). Expect to see far of diamonds at night from Room..
Mr Wangchuck and Marsi were extremely helpful...
You need any help and they are their...It feels more of a home than a hotel.
I request everyone to visit atleast once, if you want to experience the best of Kalimpong..

The mountain view from balcony and top floor is amazing. Never seen such view in 3/5 star hotels in Kalimpong. If you are lucky(clear sky) you can watch a beautiful sunset from balcony. We booked two rooms on top and 2nd floor. Food is delicious. If you want to stay near to nature definitely go for it.

Stayed for a couple of days in May 2022. The owner Anteswar ji suggested twin family room for us and the rooms were clean and well maintainef. Got some homemade non veg dishes. The view from room was also excellent. Thank you Anteswar ji. Wull definitely refer Berhany homestay to my friend. Kerp it up. 👏🏼🙏🏼

Bethany Homestay is like home always from home. Room is great, hospitality and attention too. It is very good located, you can enjoy of a quiet place in the mountain. I hightly recommended.

We found this place via booking (dot) com . visited this place in late December 2019. Must say, this is became one of my favorite destination for relaxing.
Initially I was apprehensive to go, but after checking out one of my close friend, who happened to stayed in Kalimpong for some time, assured me about the place.

After reaching there, I was shocked to believe that the place is much better that it appeared in the portal (with few snaps).
The surrounding place of the Bethany Homestay has a essence of Natural beauty.

Pros:
1. Awesome Location - you would be staying in the lap of the valley.
2. Great Hospitality - Mr Wangchuck & his Family will make sure that you are his King/Queen during your stay.
3. Great Food – Homely local food. Mr Wangchuck suggested us egg Pasta and we loved it. During dinner he served us local beans’ veg curry with other non-veg. Morning – must try a coffee. Wow! Couldn’t have ask more.
4. Places to visit near by - Dr. Grahams Homes, Deolo Park, monastery, Hanuman Temple.
5. Bethany Homestay – the full building is decorated by hanging gardens. Local flowers and fauna makes it more lovable.
6. Has multiple stay option. All the room has windows towards valley of mountains that gives pleasure to your eyes.
7. Stay - neat & clean room with new blankets to add your comfort. Fully covered with Carpets. All Bathroom are tile & geyser fitted.
Cons:
Sorry, I couldn’t find any.

Hence, I wish to go here again & again.

Lovely and Scenic Homestay. Must visit if you going to Kalimpong. You will be able to see Paragliders taking off from your window. This Homestay is best in its class.

We have visited at bethany homestay kalimpong on 2nd January2020, the room was good, view from the attic room was superb, food was nice and very homely atmosphere. The proprietor of the home-stay is a very nice person.
