Our requirement was to get a HRD attestation for Graduate certificate attestation from Malaysian Embassy.
Intially we have submitted the document to a attestation agent in Bangalore. This particular agent has branches across 4 cities and their office were top notch. But the agencey took 20 days before saying that they are unable to proceed further without the HRD attestion. After this shocking reply we asked them to return the certificate back and went direct to the secretriate officeI in chennai to get the HRD attestation. Later we realised that this will take 15 to 30 days to complete the process. At this stage we were about to loss the job opertunity from Malaysia as the employer could not wait for 15 to 30 days. Then after searching online with no hope, we came across Tamilnadu Attestation Services website where we read a detailed article about the process and all.
So with a huge gamble we went to the Tamilnadu Attestation Services office.

To be frank it was a bit difficult to find the office and the office was quite small. We were warmly welcomed by a friendly receptionist. Then we submited the document with a bit of hesitation as we were previously mislead by the bangalore agent. Then we met the person incharge. He told us that the document will be ready in 4 days. BELIVE IT OR NOT IT JUST TOOK 2 DAYS FOR THEM TO GET THE JOB DONE.
ALSO HE UNDERSTOOD OUR SITUATION HE EVEN SENT THE SCANNED DOCUMENTS FROM THE EMBASSY ITSELF.
We Immediately sent the document to the employer back in Malaysia and even shared the contact of this agencey, so that the employer could refer other candidates to his agency.

2. DONT JUDGE THEIR SERVICES BY THE LOOK OF THEIR OFFICE.
3. BELIVE THEM - They wont make any false gurantee and pay the requested amount in advance.
4. THE HELPING HAND WHEN WE HAD NO WHERE TO GO.
