Fatanstarpalace RESTAURANT cafe jaisalmer

We have been to the restaurant. Really friendly owner. When we ordered the food he went downstairs and bought fresh food from the market and than prepared it. We eat the Cornflakes with milk (unfortunately no plant based milk) and the banana chocolate pancakes. We had French fried aswell - we really can recommend that! The restaurant is located where our have a beautiful view on the top inside of the Ford.

The highlight for me was the vegetable pakora plate which was tasty and had a pleasant humming heat to it. The cumin rice had a brilliant taste and aroma. The restaurant is run by one fellow who is the waiter and cook - he was charming and extremely personable. Brilliant view from the rooftop as well. Highly recommend.

Cucumber Rata was excellent.
Cheese Pizza was nice. Will eat here
Again not a touristy a nice break from loud noisy places.

Just had the most delicious meal. Sadly we are booked in close by, we looked in the rooms and they are beautiful. Fantastic view of Jain Temple. Highly recommend

It was the most pleasant experience eating at Mr Fatan's rooftop, not only did he serve great food and lassi heartily, he made sure I'm having a good experience and had a very warm conversation with me. It's always a pleasure meeting wonderful individuals like Mr Fatan especially when travelling solo. Also, the rooftop is spacious and has a great view and good sun protection whilst giving you a view of all the jain temples. very soothing vibes here. lots of love to Fatan's star palace <3

Food was very good. The view from the rooftop is amazing. Rooms inside with AC and look like true temple, must visit. We highly recommend.

Has a great Thali and beer on the rooftop and was so close to the the Jain Temple I could almost touch the spires. Highly recommended!
