They charged us for the swimming pool which was not used by us because it was unhygienic. They refused to change/clean the water. "We have Floor tiling work going on. So definitely there would be dust in the pool. You can use it if you want", Manager said. In addition to that, there were bugs in the pool as well.

Food was terrible. 90% of the items in the main course were not available. Reason: we are having a shortage of guests(indeed it was as there were only a couple of more groups staying in hotel)

No cold water available for shower. Had to manage with hot water coming from the tanks on the roof.

We had return train at 2 am. Were asked to leave around 11:30 pm because the department want to go to sleep. What's the point of having checkout time of 10 am?

I had Stayed in Deokiniwas with my wife and kids and the entire arrangement of 2 nights and 3 days was manneged by Mr Bhoor Singh who manges the hotel operation he was so humble and supportive during the entire travel, apart from this Hotels rooms are very clean and good staff service is ice on the cake, Food of the hotels is really good, though this hotel is vegitarian but on my request Mr Bhoor Singh has arranged non veg as well for me other failmy members took Veg food from hotel itself and it's quite good.
Property is good ,All in all it was a memorable experience for us in Jaisalmer

We had a wonderful stay. BHOOR SINGH JI helped us in every possible way , and arranged car for us as and when required. We stayed for 4 nights. No complains. Good location. Near to Gadisar lake, and near to jaisalmer railway station.

Loved the stay at this wonderful palace. A must stay place when in Jaisalmer. The staff is courteous and very helpful and look after all your needs. The owner looks after everyone like his own guests. He has a friendly outlook and makes sure all his guests are looked after like kings.

The rooms were extremely nice and spacious, the little things they did to the room made the room even more culturally aligned with the rajasthan architecture for ex the ceiling.

Owner Javaharji nature is good. Staff behavior is nice. Breakfast and dinner tast is very good. My special choice Gulab jambs adding in dinner. upma, poha & namkeen in breakfast fulfill.
Room is spacious and comfortable.

- No foot cleaner in room.
- No air freshner in bathroom.

My hotel stay with this hotel was beyond imagination . Great hospitality by management of hotel Especially Mr. Bhoor singh. Excellent service by hotel staff. Neat and cleans rooms and hotel area . Nice Staff behaviour. Hotel interior & all the things are too luxurious. Specially a view from gallary & swimming pool is too good. Royare care is given by staff. Even good parking facility also available.
