I have used the cab for 3 days. I must say the most trustworthy people. No nonsense. The drivers are really honest.

Very good service. It would be better if the driver had known English or Hindi. But Driver was very professional.

The entire tour was amazing and we had a very good experience. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We had good quality food and an experienced friendly driver. My family enjoyed the trip to the fullest. I personally thank Prompt tours and travels for providing us with their best services not leaving a space to compliant. The company has kept up its word as it name stands for. Thank you PTT.

I have opted for prompt travels for my trip to kodai and madurai. The trip was planned well and the itinerary was shared upfront for me to to compare and make decision. It was a smooth trip and the driver who accompanied us for the entire 5 days was accomodative and professional. Overall it was a nice and memorable experience we had in the trip and i recommend prompt for the service and professionalism.

Their services are good and they are providing in time services. Drivers are also friendly. Had a good experience, will definitely suggest this travels.

Tour was neatly organised. Mr. Ramnath and another tour operator took strains to keep the passengers in comfort zone. Peak resort rooms are good. They have to concentrate in food. Out of 5 vehicles, one vehicle is smokey. Drivers are experienced. Overall, Prompt tour is prompt, neat and good.

I booked a cab on a very short notice from Chennai to Krishnapatnam for a business trip.
The booking was done on phone , without any advance and everything was on word of mouth.
The cab arrived on time early morning as required. The driver was professional and safe.

First time I used the services of Prompt tours and travels. The travel agent executive understood our requirements very well.We booked for a 14 seater tempo traveller. They responded very well when I contacted them. Rented an Innova for 5 days to travel from Chennai to Madurai visiting many piligrim places enroute. Driver was very very nice. My family felt safe with his driving. Cost seems reasonable too. They didn't push us with their planning, I planned the whole trip and we followed according to our timings. Driver used to suggest some places nearby if there are any and we used to cover them based on our timings. I would definitely recommend this.

It was a pleasant experience with Prompt travels. We had taken a cab from chennai to Kanchipuram & Mahabalipuram. The journey was good, and the driver also very well behaved along with good gestures. Laxmanan was an excellent driver. Informative about the routes, places of interest. Cheerful, honest, trustworthy, reliable and very caring of his passengers. Cool headed and steady in driving and definitely not a rash driver. Car was in excellent condition.

We booked an innova for Chennai-Mahabalipuram-Kanchipuram sightseeing. The vehicle sent to us was very good and the driver was very polite and good person. I will prefer this cab next time i need one in chennai without any second thought.
