The Turban Restaurant and Cafe (AC & Rooftop )

Excellent North Indian food with amazing views and services.
Food - we had butter chicken, kadai paneer, butter naan. All were too good. We had gulab jamun in desert and chai at the end. All very tasty.
Atmosphere - superb views. You can see the entire fort and the town. The rooftop restaurant is quite large with a variety of sitting arrangements (chairs, couch, floor) - u can unwind, relax and enjoy the view during the day as well as night. It's well decorated and thoughtful.
Services - the staff is well behaved with very good services.
They have clean toilets.
No separate Parking space is there. You can park by the side of the road. But this is true for the entire city.

I came for Indian breakfast and everything was exceptional. Value for money was good and my young waiters, lead by Iraan Khan, made me feel like home, offering great attention and service. I can only recommend this place, like many others have.

Amazing food accompanied by great ambience. This place truly stands apart . I ordered laal Maas and got to taste the traditional and authentic Rajasthani cuisine that I was looking for. Must go place for people who are visiting Jaisalmer

I’ve been in Jaisalmer for over two weeks and without a doubt the Turban Restaurant has the best rooftop views in all of the city. Enjoying a masala chai while watching the sunset is one of my favourite things to do. Also the staff are really welcoming and helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I had a very good dinner at the Turban restaurant! I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was very good. I tried the local desert and I truly recommend!

As if the majestic view of the mighty, Jaisalmer Fort from the rooftop restaurant was not enough, the food here is incredible.
We asked them to prepare the local dish of Laal-maans (laal = red, maans = goat-meat), which is prepared from a special variety of red chilli only grown in Rajasthan. And what a great one it turned out to be! Other dishes were prepared equally well; we had ordered shahi-paneer, chicken butter masala and naan. The service was quick.

The atmosphere is soothing with tasteful instrumental music playing all along, the seating comfortable and the clear night-sky & the cool-breeze only add to the coziness. All in all, a great experience! I'd visit again.

Oh my god, THE BEST BUTTER CHICKEN EVER, please come here and try it - smoky, rich, the most tender chicken - outstanding. Impeccable service as well and all our needs were attended to. Fantastic restaurant.

2 kms from Jaisalmer Railway station ... The view from this place on rooftop is beautiful as one can see the entire Jaisalmer fort at a distance... The ambience, food quality with taste and the staff (especially Yunus ji) are really GOOD !!! DO VISIT HERE !!

We just had a fantastic dinner at The Turban Restaurant! The food and table service were amazing and it has a fantastic atmosphere with background music, beautiful lighting and a backdrop looking at the fort. Superb restaurant on top of Swan Haveli with an enticing view of the Golden Fort. Very friendly staff and accommodative of the requests. Very tasty Indian food with vide variety of multi cuisine.

Wonderful food and service at the turban rooftop cafe. Iran khan ensured we get good service. If you are in jaisalmer, do try their non veg special thali, it's good quantity for 2 persons and totally worth it.
