Golden Kuensel Resort and Spa

Recently I stayed in this hotel , it was great experience all staff members are very humble and helpful. Food was so good and yummy. And its location is so pleasant.

It's an excellent property just near Deolo park, If you want to spend your time at leisure, distant from the hustle bustle of the kalimpong town, then this is the best option. Awesome service, Premium suite is so luxurious with all the possible amenities, the behaviour of the staff is also excellent.Just one con, food quality can be a little better.

Our stay at Golden Kuensel was good.Staffs were very Helpful,Kind, Polite and Professional.Rooms were clean, Balcony view was good and had good food.Overall the stay at this hotel was satisfying and good and to mention the staffs were really good

Hotel -
I had a great stay at the hotel. The building and space and parking was extremely big and the area was neat and tidy and well maintained.
The building had large balconies for relaxation. View was also great.
Long spacious corridors and includes lift facility. Garden area with outside lounge area for tea in the evening.

Location -
Location was great. Away from the noisy city centre. We loved it. It was quite pleasant and peaceful, throughout the day.
The view from the hotel was really nice, even though we experienced a lot of fog during our stay.

Staff -
From the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping, all staff members were extremely polite, friendly, courteous and most importantly, professional.
They knew how to treat a guest and we felt extremely homely and cared.
Even though we visited in the off-season, we got the best treatment.

Rooms -
We received a large room with a king sized bed. The room had ample space to walk around. Lots of space to keep the luggage.
The room had sofas and a balcony. It is an excellent room with great ambiance and size. Bathroom was neat and clean.

Food -
We visited during the off-season, therefore the food options were quite limited off the menu.
The food tasted decent however. We received free breakfast, again from limited options.
But I am sure food options are great during tourist seasons.

It was great stay at this hotel . Nice food good service awesome location. Rooms are also big and location is fantastic. I got this through there tour operator chain they have tour house with name golden vacations local from Sikkim.Best deals . Only the suprise was no FANs but I never felt to use one .

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The view from the room balcony was really something else, felt like we were in the clouds fr. The place felt very peaceful and the breakfast was very appetizing. Y'all should look forward to staying at this place as i wish i couldve stayed longer, such a pleasure for being able to experience staying here <33

Excellent view,far from the hustle of kalimpong.its in delo basically. Nice spacious rooms. Excellent place to enjoy a feel of hill station.

Very quiet place in Kalimpong just before Deolo park phatak. Very well managed by college pass out kids. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Both dinner and breakfast was very good. Team is very polite and serve your request in time.

Although hotel is situated at a distance of about 8-9 kms from market but view from the room is breathtaking and worth the distance! Rooms are spacious! Food quality is good and it’s fairly priced ! The staff members are really helpful especially the manager was at his toes looking after the comfort of his customers! A pleasant and memorable experience!

Absolutely great place to stay in Kalimpong. Nothing to complain. Well mannered staff, great food and clean rooms at a budget. They took great care when i travelled with senior citizen. The rooms were clean and big enough. Great work Ms Roshini and team 🙏

Property was very good & very well maintained.Around 7 kms from Kalimpong town but very close to Deolo.Young well mannered & hard working staffs.Was really impressed with the manageress,Roshni,very well behaved & always on her toes to help us.

We had a wonderful stay during our Kalimpong sojourn. Ms. Roshni Rahapal ( Manager), Ms. Anshika ( at the front desk) were extremely cooperative. The property is being very ably run by enthusiastic youngsters who made our stay most comfortable. Gideon, Laxmi ( in the restaurant and room service) and Bablu ( the chef) ensured we were satiated. If we were to visit Kalimpong again, we would certainly like to stay there and recommend the same...

kalimpong i visited the place is very golden kuensel resort i was there and the place is very good. Roshni, Anshika Doma, Yana Rai, Gideon, Kallukulung and Chef all of them are very good and serve well they take care of everyone they are all very good hearted people. All the food and water of golden kuensel resort is very good while visiting kalimpong staying at golden kuensel resort was the happiest moment of my life. I want to go to golden kuensel resort again.

Nice hotel. Scenic beauty of the mountains can be enjoyed from the rooms. Interior is good. Food quality is also very good. Staff are realy nice. We spend wonderful times with family here.

Best view from balcony. And food is the best. Location is not good as it faar from main city and city centre. But overall it's fine and good for one night stay. Very kind Nd polite staff and reception girl. Also try non vegetarian food if you like to eat chicken. They make the best in taate. One should surely go for this hotel. The morning view from the room balcony is the best with the huge mountain range and pleasant landscape. Hotel is not as much as attractive from outside facade and form. But it has large and spaces rooms inside. Hospitality as it best.

Room are too spacious, good aminities, friendly environment. Food was delicious. Humble staff.
