Unfortunately staff from CBIN judge bazar Darjeeling, needs to learn how to provide proper customer service, specially I would like to mention counter No .7 lady (i think her name is Barshana) she doesn’t even have a single manner to talk with the customers .I really don’t understand how bank hired such kind of employees. I think Bank regulators needs to be provided some training regarding manners and customer service to their employees.

Well the employees of the bank on 90% of them should learn the detail customer service. Uninformative and rude n filled with lots of attitude wonder how the govt employs such staffs. The Bank manager should take strict actions n I wonder why he will caus it's govt n who gives a damn. Pls Central Bank of India do something about the employees of branch in Darjeeling to improve their daily customer service n tell them to act patiently with customers.They are being paid for a reason to serve not to just sit n chat n do nothing. Pls we need some changes here

I Wish I could give it a -1 star …..The frustrated woman at the net banking counter needs a psychological treatment …I thought she was just rude to me but later I came to know that she behaves exactly the same with other people too …..Some employees really need to understand that it’s our money that’s giving you a job

The bank staff r very rude.they hav a very bad attitude towards the customers.they behave like they didnt have time and one thing they did not know how to handle the customer.

I don't know why my debit card has been blocked n no one help me
