Canara bank Darjeeling gave me one of the worst customer services ever. We are people who work in private sectors and when I went to open my salary account there they deducted rs.600 magically ! Not only that when asked to my other colleagues none of their accounts were debited or are being debited for the same !! Some amount was debited for nominee purposes or whatever without information. When I went to enquire the manager refused to help me and told me that she cannot have a talk with the manager of my firm. Her staffs acted like 600 rupees is no big deal and she wasn’t even sure if I could get a refund of the amount they deducted without information. Not to forget that they made me sign a form for my fund deduction without information. Total scammers with audacity like that !! Would never recommend any of my friends nor families to go for Canara bank, service is really bad. Maybe if they lowered their attitude to the level of their service it would be good.
