Don't fall into the trap of Oyo in the first place. Oyo's customer service is the least you ever want to be experienced you will not get any refunds and your call will be disconnected. The hotel's management refused us entry even though booking was confirmed. Oyo didn't even bother to relocate us in a different property.

The rooms are small and dirty. The service is abysmal. Don't book this hotel through OYO. They refuse to allow customers who have booked through OYO regarding some pricing issues.
