Stayed there for three nights and we had a wonderful experience. First of all, the place is one of a kind and there is a great view from the cottages. One can see the Kanchenjunga range as well if the weather permits. The place is peaceful and couples/families or group of friends will definitely enjoy their stay here. The hospitality from them is really commendable and food quality was also great! The rooms had all the required amenities and cleanliness was maintained throughout. They have there own nursery, which is quite large and one can explore those as well. Overall we had a great stay and wish to visit them again!

An absolute delight to stay in! This property is located only 10 mins away from the main city and its very spacious and clean. We loved the owners, super nice and friendly and they will go above and beyond to help make your stay worth the time, effort and money. We had dinner and breakfast at the stay, the food was amazing as well. If the weather supports it, I highly recommend opting for the bonfire as well. Overall, I would def come back to this property sometime in the future

Windsongs makes you feel comfortable like no other place I have been to. The food is to die for. A great place to go and chill, enjoy the quiet, slow down the pace and rejuvenate. The Pradhan family make you feel special in an extremely genuine way. All this makes me keep coming back to Windsongs!

The trip to Kalimpong became so much better cause of the people in the homestay. All of them were polite and we became more like friends. The food was tasty and homely, the views equally good. There is parking and wifi available. Highly recommend.

I stayed with my family for two nights. Cottage room has awesome view, just can't explain in words. Rooms are clean. Dining space is mainly nicely decorated with a excellent view of mountains. Foods are also very good. Overall it was a nice stay here. We will definitely come again.

Its just an out of the world property with fantastic location and nicely landscaped gardens. If one wants to hv a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere to spend few days for relaxation....then thus is the place for you.

Cottages are very spacious and well furnished with great view. One can just seat in the cottage portico or in the well laid out Sit-outs to enjoy breakfast or for spending evening with great view of teesta flowing at a distance.

Food is ok and hosts are quite cooperative.

Service people are very courteous and prompt .

In kalimpong, this is the place....no doubt about that.

Wonderful place to spend a few days in tranquility. Very scenic views from rooms and beautiful sit-out areas where you can have your food as well as spend the evenings. Millions of beautiful flowers as the property has a huge nursery. Very well landscaped and room furnishings are top quality. Food quality is awesome and behavior of hosts is superb. Must stay place in Kalimpong.

Splendid place to stay in peace.
The entrance is on the main road but the rooms & cottages are in tranquility.
Excellent behaviour. Nice suggestions of places to look around and good restaurants around Kalimpong.

It's going to be my THE recommended stay if in Kalimpong. The host is super helpful, rooms can comfortably accommodate 2 people, they're well maintained, the food is great, the property is vast and you get good view of Kanchenjunga (if not covered with clouds) from almost every place in this property. So it's the one.

This is a beautiful homestay. Before booking you must understand that this is a family manged homestay and not a resort. You would definitely feel at home, but would need to co-operate a bit with the meal times. Its an amazing place with a gorgeous view from the cottages. The owners are very helpful, and you can strike great conversations. Come here to take rest and enjoy peaceful days, as Italians say Dolce Far Niente or the sweetness of doing nothing

Yes, there are some issues but they have clearly written there.
1. Fixed Timings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For those who used to have late dinners, it’s not possible here. BF and Lunch can be managed.
2. Not a big Menu. That’s okay for a home stay.
3. Parking is an issue. But it’s understandable at a hill station

I was impressed by the name itself. This place stands true to its poetic name. this homestay was a fantastic experience for me. The homely atmosphere, stunning views, and polite people all contributed to making my stay memorable.

One of the standout features of this homestay was the amazing view. It's always a pleasure to stay somewhere with a stunning view, and this homestay did not disappoint. Being able to wake up to beautiful scenery every morning have been a real treat.

Another highlight of my stay was the homely atmosphere. There's nothing quite like feeling at home when you're away from home, and this homestay really delivered on that front. Whether it was the comfortable furnishings, the warm hospitality of the hosts, or the overall ambiance of the place, you felt at ease and welcomed during your stay.

Lastly, the people who run this homestay were very polite and attentive to your needs. It's always a pleasure to stay somewhere where the hosts are friendly and helpful, and it was certainly the case here.
And, yummylicious food. The cook prepares healthy and tasty food.
I would highly recommend this homestay for a great experience.

Wonderful property with an incredible view! I have visited Windsongs thrice by now and being someone who has had her fair share of experience with the hills, I have never had the experience that Windsongs has to offer. The cottages are comparable to 5 stars but priced far less than one, the view from this property is breathtaking, the food is delectable and last, but never the least, the staff and the Pradhan family are extremely warm and helpful.

Already planning my next visit!

Windsongs is, hands down, one of the best places I've stayed at in and around Kalimpong. You can't beat the unobstructed view of the mountains, great hospitality of the staff and good homemade food.
This is the place to go if you would like to enjoy the view and spend some quality relaxed time with friends or family. It really checks all the boxes. The owner Mr. Pradhan can instantly make you feel at home.

Loved the place. Very scenic. Fantastic Service. This is a bed & breakfast and excellent one. Cottages are high quality almost 3-4 star standard. But expect a service like a b&b not a hotel. Have patience with the super nice staff and enjoy a serene environment. Goodluck to the owners! Great People!

Stayed here with my family for 3 nights. The best features about this property are that it is very well spread out and they have a nursery with innumerable no of flowering and fruit plants spread all over the property. The view from the cottages is exceptionally aesthetic. The rooms ate very well decorated and comfortable to stay. The home made food is very delicious and the staffs are also very well behaved and courteous. Thanks to the owner Mr Karan Pradhan and his family. Very memorable tour.

I stayed at Windsongs with my family for 5 days in the month of June 2022. And I must say that I am very impressed with the view from our cottage. We had booked 3 cottages and all 3 were very well maintained , clean and had a lovely view. The staff is very polite and helpful. The food is very delicious and homely and everyone in my family enjoyed all the varieties. Especially the momos and the thukpa.. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed spending a lot of time in Windsongs itself. It is a calm and quiet place and the view from there is just breathtaking.
And finally, a special thanks to the hosts Deepa ji, Karan ji and Karan's mom who have been very kind. Those morning breakfast time chats with you all were very entertaining. Thank you very much for the extremely tasty chikoos from your garden.

It doesn't get perfect than this

Windsongs is a pleasant homestay nestled in the hillsides of Kalimpong and of course, the location is dreamy. All the luxurious cottages are set up to enjoy this picturesque valley.

The meals are prepared in the homestay and served outside the rooms. As you enjoy the delicious food, you have the whole valley in front of you with Teesta flowing below and Kanchenjunga above.

Pros- Awesome location, very well maintained rooms, heartfelt hospitality, well behaved staff, extremely clean, and a very peaceful place with birds and butterflies. Food is of very good quality.

Cons- Nothing as such. There are some flies in Mar - April but that is due to the climate in Kalimpong and not related to the place but it's not much of a problem. The place is the place of serenity so no shops, restaurants and bazars nearby.

In short, we really loved the place and would want to go back again.
