I had a pleasant experience with Ismita Tamang (AM) at axis bank Darjeeling. She was really prompt and proactive in solving my issues regarding my debit card.
I’m very satisfied with her service and it indeed contributes me to have a positive attitude towards the bank.

Hello evryone! As you know there is an Axis Bank branch in Darjeeling. When it was opening newly, they help well to customers. But when they settled and satisfy, the help stop to customer of Axis Bank.

Now these days, do not taker care of customers. and officers are chatting each other and they do not work well. Even present manager also same that condition. He has no social active with customer.

So these days Axis Bank branch of Darjeeling is one worse bank in Darjeeling.

I went there for an inward remittance, their printing is not working, so they had to print the disposal from outside, but the form was wrongly filled in, they didnt want to go outside again to print an other form, so they correct the previous one, it took one hour and still the remittance is not done!

The most unsatisfied customer service...
Each and every time the customer faced a lot of problems...
Staff behaviour is not good..
Today I had faced a lot of problems due to this bank and their services...
There are few staffs they were good but most of the staffs behaviour is unhealthy....
They didn't treat well to their customer...
The followings are the issues they should maintain:
1)server problem
2)look after the customer whether they are poor or rich
3) staff behaviour
4)the bank should gave a solution for any customer issues
5) the bank should maintain some customer policy
6) some of the customers were not literate,they should help them
7)as soon as possible they should try to solve the inconvenience for the customer.....

Hello everyone. I' m very disappointed with the service .I visited darjeeling branch so many times for my acc. freeze problem, when i talk with the concern person about my problem then he told me that he will mail my previous branch to open the freeze acc. then they will contact me, after that he can do something. But they haven't contact me. I told that staff also that they haven't contact me . Again he told me that he will again sent mail to them but till now they haven't contact me,
what type of service is this. Do I have to visit the branch again and again
for my problem. If their is 0 star option then I will definitely give 0 start for their service.

The ATM of the bank has cash loaded most of the times, so a plus point.
However, the staffs have loads of attitude! They throw their weight around and it looks like we have to book an appointment just to speak to them. The Aadhar service being offered is on and off, there is no service this week ( 23rd Dec. '21), no back up personnel is there to continue the service. Moreover, they take approximately 3 hours for one Aadhar card update and favouritism goes on in the queue which means if you know the staff despite your queue no. your work will get done before the others in the line. In my case Aadhar update was not even done, rejected without a valid reason and the bank has advised it is not an issue at their end, I should start all over again. A rating of one star is specifically for the behaviour of staffs. Since the staffs are the face of the bank, they are required to be customer friendly and approachable.

I am really disappointed by the service Axis Bank provides.. every time I go to withdrew cash .they make me to wait at least one.hour...

You want something done, this is not the bank you should go to.
Have an account because of Max life, they got my first name wrong. I tried to correct it, it's been 2 years and my first name is still wrongly spelt.
RBI blocked my card as it did not have a chip. Axis Bank cannot issue me another. There have been several attempts on my part to get a card issues but I am yet to receive one.
I regret starting Max Life policy in Axis Bank, can I shift it elsewhere so that I don't have anything to do with this bank?

Never expected from Axis bank . Almost 2 & half months my issue is pending now the person from darjeeling branch not picking up my call. My accounts was freeze because of multiple ID, application given , Approval done but still waiting to resolve my issue.

WORST BANK WITH DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Initially they advertise their banks without mentioning the charges and after you open an account they donot care about your problems at all. You will only receive headache by opening an account in Axis Bank. Attractive offers like Flipkart discounts or credit card purchases have another side to it too. You will lose thousands of money annually by small amounts being deducted over the year. DONT MAKE AN ACCOUNT AT AXIS BANK.

Team here requires proper training on customer service. Very unorganized way of handling customer flow. Customers should be prioritized first not your internal chats and calla while at the service desks.

Very very dissatisfied with this branch. Been a customer for the past 10+ years and wanted to open a new account for my parents. They took 2+weeks to get the account activated and then it was filled with mistakes like spelling error and wrong phone no.

The most horrible bank I have ever seen... Trying to open an account from 3 days and we are calling continously but no response.
If you are not capable to do this then just shut down your bank...

Poor staff behavior,
To open account they are asking to deposit 15000. And yet no facilities 👎
