Food and breakfast and its presentation is good.
Enjoyed beautiful scenery and natural view of snowy Kanchanjanga Hills from room window and rooftop of hotel.
Located in prime location of Darjeeling.

All the employees were very polite. The services was smooth and amazing. Didn't face any difficulty. We planned for a decoration and the output was great. We would really hope to visit here soon.

The room and the service in the hotel was excellent. I loved the spot and the prices were also very affordable. We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights but the hotel made darjeeling more exciting. Those were lovely days where in the day we saw the nature’s beauty and in night the resort made us feel as our own home. The food and the rooms are excellent.

The location is just 10 min away from mall road . The breakfast is buffet complementary and all the dishes taste great. The staffs Sabina Amir and Aryan are all smiles and always ready to help. Overall a great experience!

I'm very happy to the restaurant staff service, Food was excellent and mouth watering taste thank u head chef Amir subba. Mr Bhupen, Sabina, Amir and Denzom were really good. I really appreciate their service and I really missed u guys.. We are very much thankful to the service staffs... Iive singing of Ashik was magical, which reminded our childhood time. Visited two days before everything was exceptionally good. Only one day lift didn't work.Otherwise very nice hotel. Tasty breakfast. Mall road is on walking distance. Spl about this markets,small restaurants where food is so tasty and cheap are near.loved to stay here.
