I love this place!
The rooms are pretty clean and mine had a balcony with great view of Kalimpong city….including the mountain view. Stayed for 2 nights. 19th n 20th Dec. The location is perfect, it’s much more calmer than the main road…5 min. Walk from the city town. The family is super kind, cute n helpful with everything. They arranged for my pickup n drop from the main city. Was travelling alone from Canada (Indian org. )Food was fine…renovation was halfway…probably will be up n running by next month! Thank you to the 2 sisters and not to forget the staffs.

Nice and cosy place to be in. Services were good and prompt. The staff were very helpful. Overall we had a very nice and comfortable experience during our stay.

The hotel is located around 10 minutes walking distance from the local market. So it is quite peaceful but still easily accessible. We stayed in room 304 and it had a great view from the balcony. The owner and staff members treated us like family. The food is also simple and homely. We will never forget their kindness and warm hospitality.

The hotel had beautiful rooms with the best view of kalingpong and the hotel was very accessible to the main market of kalingpong .The ambiance of the rooms were great.The loo was clean and spotless and came with a bathtub. The best part was the staff and how welcoming they were.The food was delicious as I could tell the ingredients used were fresh.We were accommodated by Shraddha and her hospitality was great. Overall the experience was bubbly.

The hotel is a new property, location wise fantastic as it's close to city centre but with outstanding views from the rooms. It's super clean. The owner lady and her husband and also staff members are very well behaved and cooperative. Owner madam looks after the property personally and spend considerable time of the day in the property itself. Foods are good enough and reasonably priced. During the last week of June 2022 I stayed there for four nights and I must say I had wonderful experience. I highly recommend this property and without any hesitation put the highest rating for it. Wish this will help others. Thanks.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IN Kalimpong
It was our first time in this hotel and I have to admit that it was a great experience (didn't expect that)!
We have made reservation over the phone and after 30 minutes arrived to hotel, check in was great, thank you so much guys for upgrade, junior suite was AMAZING. I was working in 5* hotel few months back and can say that hotel ARMS is way better than any other hotels. Cleaning is just great, there is everything you need in room, great toiletries,bed is comfy, wardrobe. Everything is cool and looks clean and tidy. Thank you so much team for this atmosphere. Will come back again!🙏🏼😇

Us four inexperienced tourists with a kid were offered help in navigating our short stay and were upfront and direct with all forms of hospitality .
Mr.Pavan was extremely helpful and always had a smile on his face and made us feel safe. Rooms , view, food everything is good. They even managed to get us a very good cab driver for a day

It was our first time Visit in Kalimpong. Hotel ARMS Kalimpong was Excellent hotel with excellent location located near main market. Our Room View was Superb, Full Mountain range view is clear all times and its creat a memorable of your holidays (One Word Wow!) Rooms are extremely clean & comfortable . Bathrooms are super spacious and extremely clean. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Pawan ji (Hotel Owner) and he was a good person by heart to help you all time.Pawan ji was extremely helpful and always had a smile on his face and made us feel Happy Always. I Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again to Pawanji and his Team!.

The rooms have a beautiful view. Very neat and clean rooms. The hotel staff is very humble and helpful. On our return journey, for some reason we had to start earlier than decided. The hotel staff themselves dropped us at the bus stop and waited till we got a vehicle for our return. This was not even necessary. But they were so generous. The next time I go to Kalimpong, I am definitely staying at arms.

The hotel is located just near the market. There's no disturbance or noise.
The room justified the price that we paid.
The view from the room was beautiful.
Foods were delicious.
Their service and hospitality was excellent (incomparable, extraordinary). Mr. Pawan and his team leaves no stone unturned to fulfill the requests whole heartedly. They are the true ambassadors of the tag line "Atithi Devo Bhava".

The rooms are very well crafted and very clean and well maintained. The rooms offer great view of the mountains as well as kalimpong city. The owner is a wonderful lady. She personally looks after the needs of the guests and greets all with a ever smilling face. And last but not the least to mention Mr Pawan who is a wonderful human being and always ready to cater to your needs. This hotel also provides fooding services (paid) for the guests and the quality of food is also good.

Beautiful rooms with mountain view. You can watch sunrise in the mountains from the bed. The hotel staffs especially Pawan has been an amazing host. His hospitality really exceeded all expectations. And the food was too tasty and was of really good quality.

Hospitality was at its best. Rooms were having mountain view. Fantastic sunset effect from the balcony as well. Less crowded surroundings. Pawan was very cordial in delivering foods fresh from his kitchen. Overall felt very nice by simple yet caring whole team.

It was a delightful stay at Hotel Arms.....Pawan greeted us on our arrival, He and his staffs were very much friendly throughout our stay , would cater to all our needs very fast... The view from the room is top notch.... Excellent amenities and wholesome food.....The location is bit tricky but it is near to main market....There is a safe parking on premise.....Anyone visiting Kalimpong , I would suggest to give it a try....

This place is fantastic. The staffs are very spontaneous and well mannered (specially Pawan). Food quality is also great. It was our first trip to kalimpong, in future if we visit again then obviously we will choose Hotel Arms.
