What a perfect location “Duke's Home”, particularly if you enjoy peace and tranquility. Everything here was just Wow 🤩. Room are really nice , cozy and clean. The shared living room is a great place to chill & enjoy evening snacks, you can even spend time upstairs on the roof top and enjoy the warmth of the setting sun and views the Queen of Hills ‘ Sleeping Buddha Kanchenjunga’. The owners of the place were very hospitable and really taking care of the guests and very welcoming. I could feel very good, safe and mostly feels like home! Love this place and whole area of Kalimpong - you can find here peace, a lot of nature, good yummy food 🥰

And just a suggestion if we are planning to visit this place, please keep in mind that this is a Hill town with sloops…so if you have discomfort in travelling to these locations… You always have a choice! Happy travelling 💕

We stayed at Duke's home for 3 nights. The overall experience has been really amazing. We stayed in two premium rooms and view from both the rooms is purely breathtaking. The owner is a pure gentleman and good one to have a chat with. They offer real tasty food. Everything was just perfect.
The place is at a peaceful locality at 2 km distance from the main market and is quite easily accessible. Its just the perfect place to relax in every aspect.

Dukes Home offered us everything we hoped to have during our 3 night's stay. Clean rooms, amazing food, breathtaking view and what not! We had the whole panoramic view of the mountains from the windows only. It has a lovely family as its owner which made us feel more at home. Because of this beautiful stay we are now in love with Kalimpong and would definitely visit again.

It's a wonderful home stay, atmosphere is like home, food they serve which is really good & tasty, specially the Chinese Items.
You can enjoy the Kanchanjanga mountain view in the morning in balcony with a cup of coffee or Darjeeling tea, which we enjoyed the most.

The best place to stay with family. We were 3 families. Stayed for 3 days. They took good care of us. Provided delicious food. They view from the stay is the best view of Kalimpong. Specially their behaviour is praise worthy. You can visit without any hesitation.

It was great experience staying in Dukes home. A perfect place for family, friends trip stay cation. Humanity, sweet gesture and great behaviour is the service provided by the land lady and her family.

It was an wonderful stay in Dukes home in kalimpong. It was my first homestay experience and it was amazing. First of all the rooms are very much well decorated, view from rooms was very good. We were lucky enough that the climate was very good and we witnessed kanchenjungha from room bed from morning to evening. Food quality of this homestay was very good and price was reasonable. Behaviour and hospitality which we got from owner and his wife were beyond expectations, thanks to Dukes home. Will stay in your place in next visit in kalimpong.

The owner is a very good gentleman.We stayed for one day only and we all had a nice chat with him that day. We'll come again next time and stay for at least 3 days. The food is fresh and awesome 👌. The sausages which were served to us was excellent.

The owner of the homestay is a very fine person he is very decent, well behaved and friendly you absolutely feel like home inside the homestay and the food is very tasty you feel like home when you have it aparts from this rooms are very well maintained and well decorated and the view from the bed and balcony is breathtaking. Please do come and enjoy the stay in Duke's home.

It’s an experience which no one should miss once you are at kalimpong. The rooms, the views, the food and the hospitality is heart warming.
The view of Kanchenjunga when you open your eyes is something worth staying here.

Very good food and comfortable staying

Duke's home has been a wonderful experience for me, my wife and our 3 year old daughter! The fine aesthetic sense of the owners was clearly visible in the way they have decorated their homestay.
Everything was very clean, the fixtures were new and the overall getup was very comforting.
The service was also excellent, the food was great, and the view was astonishing on a clear day and great on any other day!
In fact, to us it was best of both worlds - on one hand the service was like a premium hotel, and on the other hand it was filled with the warmth of personal touch.
I highly recommend Duke's Home to all the travellers and mountain lovers out there.

Hospitality at its highest, food is finger Licking, room is very spacious and the hygiene of wash room superb. This hotel itself is a view point ....just awesome can't describe more.

Wether its a comfortable stay with family or you want a place to hang out with friends, Duke's home is the best one can get in Kalimpong. We got the room Rhododendron, which was at the top floor. One can enjoy scenic view of the mountain straight from the bed. Services provided here was great & food was delicious.

We had bonfire at their backyard and there we loved the dance moves by (chef) Navin.🤣🤌🕺

I booked this place for my parents and their friends. They had a amazing time there. The owner and her son both were very welcoming and they all chilled together in the evening on the beautiful balcony. The night view of kalimpong was great from specific rooms. The balcony is well decorated. They both are very polite and will make you feel at home.

It was a such lovely and wonderful experience.The service,the food,the location,the ambiance everything was amazing and the behaviour of owners were like vanilla ice-cream with chocolate syrup.their little and lovely daughter was the cherry on that ice cream.thank you for your hospitality.we enjoyed a lot.

It's a very warm and cozy homestay. The rooms are very well maintained, the terrace has a beautiful view and the meals are delicious and well-cooked. And most importantly, the manager(owner) and his family are beautiful people. They'll take very good care of you.
