My wife was admitted in this hospital for delivery under Dr Bindu Marar ma'am who is God for us . Her behavior is just like parents and have no doubt that she is one of the best gynecologist in Central nagpur. Nursing staff's are very polite and able to handle cases. Cleanliness is good . Junior doctors are also very good. And Dr Vivek Shivare is also very very very good.

I am so satisfied with the treatment which I got from Orange City Hospital. The treatment under Dr. Ram Khare sir was done well with good care. Mrs. Priya Sasi Mam have done the entire coordination without any inconveniences. This hospital is considered as one of the best in Nagpur. Overall facilities are good. Staff is specifically very helpful I got an experience where the staff of b wing of main building have helped me by going out of the way. They just won't leave you helpless. Also the madam at desks at reception and administration have guided like a friend. Quality doctors are available to opt and treatment is fine.

I have been a regular patient of OCHRI . My first delivery was done here under Dr. Bindu Marar mam , which was such an excellent experience that this time I even didn't think once before visiting OCHRI which was a critical emergency early morning 5am. I was attended by all the staff and Dr. Marar mam promptly and my admission till discharge including my child,s NICU care had been done so promptly and smoothly .we are thrilled n highly impressed with service here from all staff that we would recommend our relatives even in Bombay to visit for treatment here . When I come in this hospital they give me proper service for admitted in hospital....after. That they provide me deluxe room for treatment...Dr. Siddharth Saoji is very good Dr. Fir ENT specialist....casus I facing the issue of sinus and Dr. Doing surgery of sinus...very good they didn't feel me any pain during surgery and after surgery...staff or nursing is very helpful and cleaning staff of hospital is also very good and helpful.... overall experience is very good....

Here’s my honest experience after spending 1 month here.

I was admitted in Orange City back in 2015 for a severe dengue case. At the time of arrival my condition was deteriorating very fast. My platelets count were down to 10k/mcL. The hospital staff responded very quickly and within a few minutes of arrival my treatment had already started. Even though I was in a semi-private ward on the ground floor. The nurse staff was very professional, friendly and punctual!, No matter its 3pm or 3am, my vitals, Blood test, IV were checked every few hours without fail. Even the cleaning happened daily and bedsheets were changed everyday at the same time to minimise discomfort. Every time I had to go for X-Ray, Staff helped me out and carried me to x-ray room on a wheelchair without asking.

In my case the frequency of blood test was frequent but since the pathology dept. is a part of the facility so my reports used to come within 30 mins. At that time Dr. Rajesh Atal was looking into my case, He was updated with my reports constantly and made very quick adjustments in my treatment which benefited me at the end. Kudos to him!

Although it was a painful journey for me. I lost 12kgs in 1 month. After countless units of antibiotics and platelets and whatnot but I walked out of hospital on my own. This was only possible because the whole hospital team acted quickly, Doctors efforts and constant monitoring.

I have witnessed an exceptional critical care given to multiple patients in my ward during that time.

I was fortunate to land here. Can't expect more from a hospital really.

Orange city hospital is no. 1 hospital for giving services and satisfaction to patients and it's relatives. All staff is so caring, all employees are so friendly gives service like family. From entrance gatekeeper, receptionist even farmacist, doctors, nurses and all cares like family member. Time to time cleaning, no smell of medicine, their management, administration all things are so excellent that I give seven ⭐ star for rating and i suggest everyone ORANGE CITY HOSPITAL when in need.
