This is the hospital that everyone knows in Nagpur now and it is in centre of Nagpur. Mostly you can say that in Covid is the provide Covid vaccine they charge forit but they have all Time vaccines and their your service is so good because of that call Vipul Bose. There is only my friend get fractured. Do you have service that you have diagnose treat him well as he said

Pros-
I am giving 5 star only because of the khetan sir. Khetan sir has provided accurate diagnosis for kidney related issues. He provides necessary knowledge and cater to all the patient queries. He always takes close follow up for the petient. In my case, he was the main consultant for kidney transplant for one of my family member. He is continuously helping patient maintain health resulting in patient's good creatinine output.

Cons-
1.
However, considering this hospital has more than 300 beds, it doesn't have sufficient number of staff.
2.
Sisters/staff are not educated and are not punctual.
3.
Additionally, the tpa/insurance department is worse or rather i can say pathetic, they don't have expertise in their own field, multiple time I have been misguided regarding insurance coverage. Apart from doctors, hospital with small infrastructure could provide you better services.

Hospital is something that we all are scared of but the doctors, nurses and including the security guards make this scary and stressful journey quite easier ..
The staff is very polite and helpful..The infrastructure and ambience is also very peaceful and comfortable.
Would like to extend my special gratitude towards Dr. Abhishek faye for giving his best to save our patients inspite we lost him due to medical complications. And Security Pranita for helping us to stay strong mentally and try her best to pacify us in the panic situation

Really a good hospital. Very polite, smart and sensibile staff. Went there for covid vaccine. Even With hundreds of patients the management was wonderfully seamless. Thankyou all the staff, doctors and others helping public with such dedication, inthese testing times.

I was treated by Dr. Padole for acne treatment and she analyzed my symptoms and gave the best treatment. Staff is very nice and cooperative especially Mr. Jitendra Shrivastava.

I got detected for Covid last week and was here for Antibodies Cocktail treatment. Was discharged on 3rd day. Admission process and stay was smooth. Staff courteous and room and facilities clean and hygienic. Warm drinking water was available all the time and nutritious food and coffee were served from time to time.

The only thing which was off key was discharge process. At 1 pm my discharge was okayed but could come out at 7 pm.

Hospital management and doctors are so great...they are treat as a family member...its a good place for all treatment...

Excellent Doctor Dr Ashish Kamble. But faced issue with insurance people on 6th floor. They are not fully loaded with knowledge. It was wastage of time having discussion with them
