It's a great place for South Indian food. The prices are a bit high not much but they are worth it. The ambience is also very good and soothing. Seating arrangement is ample with two floors. Service is fast. Personally I would recommend you to try Masala dosa may it be butter/Mysore,etc. and cholle bhature along with filter coffee. Also their pineapple sheera is a must try.

Overall a great place for south Indian food. The ambience is good, sitting arrangement is also good. One may feel that the pricing is on a bit higher side, but trust that the quality served here worth spending that much money. (After all quality has a price). Good place for family & friends for breakfast / snacks. (Had tried Dosa here so cant really comment on other dishes, i presume quality of that too would be great.)

Good ambience with delicious food specially for South Indian dishes. Must try their Pineapple Sheera in dessert.

My most visited place for South-Indian food. Loved the service and the delivery is also very fast. Weekends are incomplete without having breakfast at Uttar Dakshin❤. Do try their Ghee Roast Dosa and Mango Lassi, its Bomb🫶.

The authentic taste of South Indian food is quite difficult to get but at Hotel Uttar Dakshin is Palace where they serve your favorite dishes in their authentic form.

Self service and no sitting arrangement. But food is yammy

Highly recommended!!! The most delicious South Indian food of the town for vegetarians. I like all of their preparations but definitely no one can beat UttarDakshin's vareity of Dosa, idli and filter coffee, this combination is heavenly. In terms of hygiene, service, hospitality, they deserve five stars.

Breakfast was really good.. tea was also very nice. I have observed one thing, that this restaurant serves best food during early morning hours. In noon and evening you might found deviation in quality

Totally worth it everything they serve is perfect and also they many range of chatnis and one sambhar which sufficient for single person and they have perfect south indian touch and the place is well manged.
About parking: they don't have there own parking place. And you have to park your vehicle by road side and they don't even have that surety that your is safe here becuz traffic police always round this side so this os major problem.
Food - they have wide range of food options in veg only and best restro for vegetarian. They have special dosa but i don't find it good insted i definitely will choose any cheese dosa. They serve range of dosa ,open dosa, idli,sweets,small combo,etc
Taste- taste is bug satisfying...that if one wants to have a perfect dosa with that south indian touch must try this place.
Management - Quite good though i don't find it that friendly but waiters were to polite and humble. I think that is not issue becuz they had many customers that time so js ignore that thing. Main thing is food that i love so much.
Overall - must visit place and everything os worth here.

Nice restaurant especially South Indian food is very mouth watering taste. Bit congested due to space constraint.

I’m giving this restaurant a 5 start because I love every food item here. My most favourite thing to order is thatte idli. You all should try it if you haven’t tried it before.

tasty south Indian food, chutney was the best I have tasted till in Nagpur they had three different types of chutney. Sambar was good, only thing that was average in the restaurant. Amazing service even at 10:30PM.

Gotta love their Thatte Idli. It's one of the best.

Great experience, at morning I've to be in queue to get into restaurant and it's a worth a wait , great and helpful staff , great food taste , but they've taken too much of time to make my order , but it's worth a wait, some background upbeat music is playing and we enjoyed. And food is on expensive side.

The South Indian Cuisine is one of the best in the city. They have a bunch of outlets but this is definitely their best.

Uttar Dakshin by Naivedhyam is located on a busy street of Sadar. The restaurant have very tasty south Indian food. We have Dosa and uttapam with Pineapple Halwa. The Pineapple Halwa was so good and it is one of best item they have in there menu card. The dosa was crispy and the sambhar was yummy with green chutney and coconut chutney and some kind of red Chutney. they serve you on banana leaf which is really amazing. The place have very nice interior and the staff is also good. The cutlery is also amazing. they also have tea coffee etc. The price of the Food is worth it and not so high. even normal people can also afford it.
