State Bank of India PANCHPAOLI(NAGPUR)

Honestly, while visiting any government Bank, we get a typical scene; a crowded place, no ventilation, ques all over, a lot of hotch potch, chaotic situations etc. SBI Pachpaoli has somehow overcome this stamp, and maintained peaceful banking over here. Nevertheless, you have to wait for some time to get many services. The atmosphere is air conditioned and good. Staff is well mannered and gives the customers politely. So far, I haven't found rude behaviour by any staff.
There is a separate window for survival customers, SME and current account holders.
Neat and clean.

Did not have to stick in the manual printing que.

They have Cash deposit machine inside the bank premises.

Very poor customer service people have to wait for hours in line the passbook machines are not working the bank workers are not so co operative as compared with others will advice not to open a account to get prevented from further future problems like money deposit statement print and etc
I advice to choose any other branch.
