two branches merged, and staff reduced.. one staff for 3 counters...atleast one and half hour for any work...Head office should provide adequate staff to increase productivity....Baidyanath work should deployed to other branch...

third class bank i visited ever, there is only one counter for deposit and withdrawal... no parking facility at all... planing to quit my account from this bank... highly disappointed....

Worst service. to resolve one complaint they call evry second day giving reasons like portal is not operating, staff is on leave. Never think of opening of account here

1) Service is not up to the mark. 2)This branch(Dharampeth branch) do not have ATM cards to issue it to the customers for long time.This lead to the dissatisfaction amongst customers in general and sinior citizens in particular.Sorry but it is reality.
