I saw very honestly persons working in front gate to superior officer in Singapore Embassy. They give good solutions to all people. I personaly thank to sujatha mam. She kindly approach all visitors. Today i satisfied to visit Singapore Embassy Chennai office.

Sujatha Vikraman of Singapore consulate was very kind and empathetic. I am unsure if I spoke to the same lady over the phone twice. I called the consulate and spoke to a lady and she assured me they will get back to me with an update at the earliest as I was in a time crunch situation. I received a call back with the update of the visa within 24 hours and also email confirmation from Miss Sujatha. We need more people like her to be in these positions who have utmost service for the common people in mind.

I wish to thank Miss Sujatha for helping my aunty in attestation of documents for CPF withdrawal of her late husband. I spoke to Miss Sujatha from Singapore on 18.04.2022 and she tell me not to worry and that she will guide my aunty on the procedure and she had the work done at ease.Once again my sincere thanks to Miss Sujatha.

Singapore standards maintained here as well.
Only Tuesdays and Fridays they are giving appointment.

ESPECIALLY A PERSON NAMED YAMUNA WHO WAS ON PHONE FOR GUIDANCE WAS AN EXTRAORDINARY ONE.AND THE PRESENT VISA OFFICER WAS SO KIND TO STAY BACK AND PROCESS THE VISA FOR ME ON THE SAME DAY OF APPLICATION FOR A SUDDEN MEDICAL TRAVEL.
