Salasar autocrafts Mahindra is a good place to book mahindra vehicles they are helpful and friendly particularly gem is. Mr. Ganesh of miraroad autocrafts.
He is very kind and helpful. I definitely would suggest to book ur vehicles from him only and salasar in particular.

The Staff was polite and treated well, only this which is disappointing is the waiting time in year or more, was keen to get the XUV700 but that is not happening anytime soon

I have been a regular visitor at the Salasar Panvel service center. I must say the staff here is very courteous, helpful and solution oriented… i own a XUV500 AT (MH 46 AU 9579)and prefer sending my car always to Panvel for all services & any wear and tear.

Nice, big facility with basically everything under one gigantic roof.. It's a well designed structure and it looks and feel really lively and upmarket.. There are different counters - all well laid out and it seems like a good place overall. Not for once I felt I am at the showroom of a brand that one usually relates with people and goods mover - it's that good.

The staff is cordial and helpful but could have been better in their presentation and knowledge. The biggest con is the location - it's way too far out for even someone like me who lives in Navi Mumbai but then Mahindra showroom in this region is hard to come by.

Overall a decent experience and an extremely good facility.

This is the best showroom in navi mumbai in means of service and everything. They treated so much better i thought of dropping and selling this car but our executive Mr. Aneesh helped us alot and hat's off to him!! I would suggest everyone to visit this service centre and it's better than any of the navi mumbai service centre's.

Walked in got a small repair work on my car and they attended me immediately despite of not having an appointment. They were quick & efficient.

I visited this place to enquire about sub SUV. I was greeted at the reception desk & was politely ask to wait in the waiting area. We were attended by Mr. Prasad Patil & he well explained all the features of the car & ongoing offers for the month of December. Overall my experience of visiting this outlet was excellent. There is no other showroom in Navi Mumbai which is there only drawback.

The customer service, follow up, welcoming, knowledge of the sales rep is all awesome. Infact of this has been one of my best experiences in terms of showroom visits. Even Hyundai and Kia can note a thing or two from them.
