Pyramid Cafe & Guest House

A very peaceful and humble place.
Recommend all foreigners and local tourist to visit. Delicious food and was presented very nicely on plates.
Visited on multiple occasions due to the exceptional service from the owner and staff, tranquil atmosphere of the place and of course the tasty food. Try their kombucha!
If you are looking for a room, it looks like a quiet and pleasant place to stay as well, clean and well kept, with short walk from main strip.

This guest house is in the lap of a mountain surrounded by greenery all around. There is a waterfall flowing through the mountain which can be seen from the balcony. The rooms were neat and clean. Food was homely and fresh. Prompt services. Though NOT meant for elders as the way up to the resort is an uphill climb which gets slippery during rains. Perfect for young backpackers and couples.

Overall, I had a great experience with the (pyramid cafe & Guest house ); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. I would like to thank from bottom of my heart for early check in and I really enjoyed the fresh food . We will visit soon and refer our colleague also :)

One of the best place to stay. Very affordable and the space is well managed. There are old rooms(i hope soon a renovation will be carried out) and new rooms as well with big space and attached kitchen as well.In house Kafe is amazing. Very mannered and friendly staff. The sitout area has calming vibe to it. Washroom available outside the accomodation area.many trees are part of the premisis. Yoga classes are available. Located at walkable distance from LAXMAN JHULA. quality and quantity of food served are sufficient. Overall a superb place. Highly recommended.

I Accidentally came across this place and really happy that I found this place.
The place is very peacefull, staff is very humble,helpful and co-operative. The food is just amazing. Rooms are economical, neat and have view of trees and can here water fall as well.During my stay my morning started with beautiful birds chirping.

Away from loud tourists, and crowded spaces, Pyramid is a secret Cafe/Hotel for beautiful food, clean rooms and warm hospitality.

Pros:
The on site cafe has a great cook! Chef Ashish makes amazing Israeli food and his Pumpkin Soup is recommended. The mix paratha is also poshtik and makes a good breakfast.

The rooms are big enough for month long stays.

The bathrooms are tidy, hot water running 24x7.

People staying here are mostly non Indians as they prefer the quiet space, and a dependable lodging.

The hotel also has a yoga room in case you want to practice or learn as a Teacher.

Rahul ji is one of the warmest most nicest host I have met, and he will go above and beyond for your requests. Make sure you have a talk with him about Rishikesh as a whole. He has good taxi and scooter rent recommendations.

Cons:
The WiFi is not dependable, but there was development before me leaving - upgrade for 10mbps network.

The generator is not for rooms, only the cafe, so expect a power cut once a fortnight. (Rare but happens)

Cleanliness is good, but could be better. Towels, bedsheets could be upgraded for better comfort. Would recommend carrying your own necessities as it’s not a lavish service. But it’s homely and caring. And hopefully it will make progress towards these soon.

A must recommend for people travelling alone or with their partners!

A good WFH place. Especially for spiritual workation.

We visited pyramid cafe recently and this was one of the finest food experience I had in long time. One of the best to eat and indulge.
Have ample time in hand as everything is freshly prepared and nothing is precooked.
We had shakshuka with hummus and pita and potato with cheeze sizzler and mint lemonade.
The presentation, taste and hygiene was bang on.

We visited this place in February this year. It wasn't crowded at all due to covid. Overall a great experience with amazing host who was kind enough to show us around. Food was really good and freshly prepared. It was so soothing having our lunch in peaceful, green ambience. Will definitely visit this place when in Rishikesh again.

The place is nice, serene and beautiful. We are Indian food and loved every bit of it. Amazing place to go eat. 5/5 stars. Will visit again.

Set away from the main road which is about just 100 meters away, Pyramid Cafe and Guesthouse is situated next to a small stream which provides a soothing melody of flowing water.

We stayed here for 1 night which is not a long stay but we enjoyed the whole experience of staying here amidst the green and fragrant surrounding of this place. The place offers different types of accommodation to choose from, you can have a hill view or the forest. There's also a balcony that opens to the water stream side. Rooms are neat and clean with all the facilities available and room service.

The place also offers you to fill your water bottles which is a very good thing that helps to cut down on plastic. They have 3 dogs which adds upto the entire experience.

Rahul ji is a great host, he is very professional and courteous. The entire staff is very humble and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. If you are looking for something homely and amazing, stay at this place. I highly recommend it.

I had my 200 hours TTC here at Pyramid and it was a life changing experience. Teachers are very expert and explain things very clearly. I have expanded my view about what yoga really is and now I feel like I want to learn more and more of this fantastic discipline thank to Pyramid teachers and staff. 110% recommend if you look for a quite accomodation, high quality yoga teaching and great guest service.

This is yoga teacher training centre with American yoga allience certificate who completes 200 hrs yoga in 28 day residential practice ,yoga gurus for different practical and theory who use to teach all streams of yoga are being hired
Beside this this has a cafe center where any one come and enjoy their foods and snacks

A very peaceful place off the noisy hustle of Rishikesh main street. Very good fresh food for very fair prices. They sell self made Kombucha by the litre (only 120 rupees). Staff is very friendly! Expect to be accompanied by the cute dogs when sitting in the garden swing and relaxing with a great mountain view!

Good vibes. You can listen to the water of the river next to it from the rooms. Full of nature. Great mattress. Quiet. 2 minutes walking from the heart of the best place of Rishikesh. Totally recommended.

Great healthy food, vegan options, Indian traditional meals. Beautiful peaceful area and friendly staff. There is a guesthouse as well which is always full (too popular I guess).
Mind that the cafe is closed from 3pm to 6pm.

We visited the cafe twice in our short trip to Rishikesh. The food as well as the hospitality here is just one level above.. I recommend you all to visit and try the Kombucha, Omlette, Enchiladas, Burgers, Hummus, (This is some of the dishes we had here)

Pyramid cafe is beautiful. It's isolated so it can be little hard to find at first but that is probably something that makes it great. I loved their food and quality of food is great and atmosphere of the cafe is amazing as it feels like we're in jungle and it is so calm. I would recommend to try their kashmiri tea!
Its definitely a cafe to come to if you're in rishikesh.

The pyramid cafe is a great place to stay in Rishikesh. The rooms are basic but nice and worth the value, the food in the restaurant is super tasty and it's just a really nice chilled out place to hang out in at the end of the day. Stuff is nice. I enjoyed my stay!
