Nice small airport in the middle of forest. Nice decoration. Very supportive staffs. Washrooms and other areas are neat and clean.
Seating areas are also specious and cool.

Jolly Grant airport is a Very Nice Airport.
Well maintained and clean with clean toilets 🚻

The boarding gates are limited for flight ✈ boarding

There are mobile 📱 charging counters.

If you go to the 1st floor of the airport, you can see benches. If it is not crowded you will be lucky to sleep 😴 on the bench.

There are food and snack counter and you can enjoy the food stuff

Small domestic airport with renovation going on to get ready for international travel. Lounge is small and have less good food. Better to be early by 2 hours.

Beautiful small airport . Developed . Service is excellent. Washrooms cleaned. Good number of washroom availble. Ground staff cooprative. Food stalls good. Building art work is praiseworthy.

Jolly Grant Airport is Beautiful small sized Airport surrounded by the hills..This airport is known as “Dehardoon Airport” however it is close to Rishikesh area, 30 minutes – 21 Km from Rishikesh. Hence actually a Rishikesh Airport. It is a far from Dehardoon city

It is a medium sized airport, Still under construction The airport has all like Snack Bar, Handicraft, TR Stall, Pharmacy, Organic Food Stall, Pearl Shop, Garments Shop, Crockery Shop, Bakery Shop and Communication Center. Hotel Reservation, Utarakhand Tourism, Car Rental counters are at the domestic arrival hall. Just outside the exit area is the Pre-paid Taxi booth which has readily available Taxi's (For Four passengers and Six passengers). These Taxi's are available for Dehradun (various locations), Rishikesh (various locations), Hardwar (various locations),
The airport is located in green surroundings.
If you are planning to visit Kedarnath / Badrinath / Hemkund then this is the nearest airport. As the state is known as Dev Dhumi, the airport has beautiful pictures of all the sightseeing places in Uttarakhand.

Dehradun Airport: Known as Jolly Grant airport for many years and was just a large shamiana style terminal in the 80’s. From few years Indian government is working create good infrastructure in terms of road and air connectivity. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance available here. Here whether is playing major role so whenever taking flights from please keep and eye on whether forecasting. Day by day services are improving here.

Cleanliness well maintained and beautiful paintings depict our culture very well.... Also the ground staff and the airport staff are very kind and helpful... 😊😊

Jolly Grant Airport is a noce and tidy airport. It's a small airport as compared to other airports but is kept well maintained, there are all the basic amenities provided in the airport which one might require. Not many flights come here. The security is really good as all the airports and there was nothing lacking. There are also a few shops inside the airport if you want to make some purchases.

Beautiful airport surrounded by the hills...This airport is close to Rishikesh area.... Therefore good for tourists.... However it is a little far from Dehradun city.....in case you are going towards Dehradun city, then you can catch AC buses.... Good for those who are looking to save their amount....much economical than taxis who usually charge Rs. 1000-1200.....

I visited here during my kedarnath trip .Nice airport you will find good resorts nearby and connectivity to bus stop and main city is good.

Surprisingly though the airport is small but I liked it's architecture & the way they have done it . The images are from the arrival Terminal. I could not take much photos but then I was eager to share the same with the Public .

The second thing which I liked was the sunset view which I could see once I left the airport , it was a breathtaking view with the Sun setting behind the Mountains ⛰ ✨ . The view will remain etched in my heart forever ♥ . Indigo has really made air travel easier, quicker , economical . A direct flight from Pune to Dehradun is a best thing to happen as one does not need to stop over in Delhi .

Small Airport with Limited facilities. Clean and well maintained infrastructure. Airtel Mobile Network is very poor and Surprisingly NO WI-FI. this airport have less traffic. Baggage scanning (Not the Check-in luggage which we carry with us) is mandatory & you need to do this after entering the Airport. Only 2 Boarding Gates are there. Indigo flights are operating mostly with having many gates for boarding passes or Baggage check-in.

Beautiful, Clean and Tidy.. Hospitality and Services are So good. Following Markings and Signboards is easy for travellers.. Digiyatra kiosks installed for easy check in, and entry..

Great staff. We arrived at the airport early around 2 AM but it opens at 5:30 AM. We were not allowed to go inside the airport in freezing cold weather. However the staff was very helpful and let us rest in the ticket room.

Small but good .. lacks power points for charging .. very few

Cafeteria and lounge is also available.
Well connected via the roadways and railways .
Situated in awesome place surrounded by serene environment and greenery.
More facilities should improve.
And should increase in public transportation.
