It was Aug 2021, when I was constantly visiting different brands showroom to choose a car, during these times I had just casually visited Bhavana KIA Panvel, although I had come to visit RENAUT showroom next to it. While keeping strict budget in mind, I was hesitated to enter the KIA Showroom, thinking the cars available are out of my reach.

While the representative (Mr. ASHRAF SAHIKH ji) made me explore to many possibilities to Owe a car from KIA , but I was still not sure if I want to. He is truly a gentleman, that despite my hiccups and uncertainty towards showing interest in the cars, he took me to test drive of IMT version of Sonet.
woowww...That was the game changer, I was so relieved to see the combination of Manual gear with absence of the Clutch paddle, and the test drive was satisfying. Along with it he also introduced me to some features associated with the certain model, and that`s when I decided to choose this car. Being an everyday office traveler from Seawoods to Dadar this was the perfect combination.

Later on my second visit with my family, I came to know about the certainties of finance processing via loan and other details. I booked my car on 26th Aug 2021. They had clearly told me a waiting period of more than 3 months. But I was sure about my decision.

Unbelievably I was allotted the car with in 10 days, but tragedy struck, and my loan wasn't passed due to some irregularities in my loan record. I was disheartened, yet determined to dream of it. I waited, and waited and waited... 2021 PASSED and I was behind the representatives about the availability of car, but they them selves where helpless as the factory wasn't able to fulfill the desired supply against the increasing demand of the car.

But I was given a hope that by Feb 2022 they will start allotting fresh batch, during all these waiting time, many times I though of giving up, or take some other brand of car, but since the Car feature was awestruck, I didn't opt out.

Because I had completely cleared my loan issues during this 4 months time and had a sanctioned loan ready, A very big thanks to MR.RITESH ji who handled my Loan section flawlessly. Finally to my surprise they called me in the last week of Jan 2022 and said you have been allotted a car and by 31st Jan 2022 it will be delivered.

Spoiler alert - You all might be thinking I being a residence of Navi Mumbai having a registration of RTO Mumbai EAST (MH 03) rather than Vashi (MH 43) ?? Need not worry, its simple. Just have to have your Adhar card linked to your prime mobile number and you can choose to register at any MUMBAI RTO, with you choice of number plate. I decided to do so, as the number series had already passed for my choice number hence decided to register at WORLI RTO where I got it.

Special thanks to MRS.ANITA SINGH ji who was active throughout all these times. She supported me in a big way, fastening the process, making sure all requirements are catered and much more. She was prompt to address my calls whenever I bothered her. I made a request to kindly make the delivery happen at NERUL BHAVNA KIA, as it was closer to my residence, for which she happily agreed and did allot MR. RANA ji who was hyperactive in making sure no hinderance occurs at the time of delivery. He made me understood all the features in details, along with provided Basic kit. There as also one lady whos name I cant recall, who did take care of my last minute paper work at BHAVNA KIA NERUL, special thanks to you too..

Finally thanking each and every staff of BHAVNA KIA involved directly or indirectly throughout my journey and experience, starting from the booking of the car to the delivery.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Hope to have a wonderful, happy, pleasant driving experience with my KIA SONET IMT HTK PLUS. Absolute fantastic experience, Mr. Noor Dalvi was very patient in answering every question of mine regarding the new Kia Seltos, did an extensive test drive and booked the GT line.
