Nice property. Near to Thrill factory and Ganga side view. Everything was well cleaned and service staff was very polite and helpful. You can enjoy DJ, Bar, roof top party in the hotel. Good for friends or family trips.

The resort is located nearest to the adventure sports and the main attraction of Rishikesh i.e. River Rafting. I could just literally went walking for bungee jumping from this resort.
The resort offers mouth watering meals and the indoor pool adds up some freshening experience to your stay at the resort.

Grand Shiva Resort is an excellent resort situated at very peaceful and beautiful location. Whole staff of the resort is very polite, co-operative and hospitable.Special thanks to General Manager Mr. Afaq who is a very nice person and helped us a lot in coordinating our event so smoothly. We had a wonderful experience at Grand Shiva Resort. Their food is very delicious. The Head Chef (Mr. Ashish) is an excellent chef. Whenever I will visit Rishikesh, I will definitely stay at Grand Shiva Resort 😊

The Grand Shiva Resorts & Spa serves the complete purpose of a relaxed holiday. The ambiance of hotel and the hilly views from the balcony of the rooms and terrace are truly amazing. About the service I must say it was quick and up to the mark
GM Mr Hurra makes sure that the guests enjoy thoroughly in their property and he is expert at coordinating with other service providers so that the guests get the feel of a levish holiday.
The spa services at the hotel are so soothing and relaxing.
Last but not the least, the food was very delicious. Overall we had wonderful stay there.

We Booked this Hotel for 8th May over 9th May for activities planned like River. rafting , Zip line etc. , There are many positives which goes with this hotel
1- Location - it’s located at walking distance from the point from where Rafting starts from Shivpuri and all the activities are nearby , In fact one of the adventure Zone is adjacent to it.
2- Rooms and staff- The staff is very helpful I would like special mention of Ms Sakshi at reception who will make all efforts to make the stay pleasant , I have booked two rookies , one suite for 2 adults and 2 kids , 3rd floor suite have excellent view with River and mountain both may look a bit pricey but worth the view. Room service was prompt , Menu has enough variety and taste was really good. We were apprehensive by reading some of the review but we didn’t find any issue. One point though is there that we stayed Sunday Night and Monday morning so the Guest flow was slightly slow on weekends the staff may be a bit stretched.
pool is ok and kids enjoyed it.

Basis My experience I would strongly recommend to people who don’t mind spending a little more for location and Comfirts.

Very good resort. Swimming pool is the best part of this resort. Service quality is too good, staff are extremely well trained. Rooms are spacious and amazing. Terrace is too good and gives an amazing view but sadly no seating arrangements, this terrace can be better utilized by converting it into an open dining area

Lovely and well maintained facility in Shivpuri. Food quality is good. Room service is very timely carried out. Swimming pool water is very chilled. What a lovely air to breathe and the Ganges is not too far.

The Place Maintains few restrictions that suits according to the place. This.

I was there with my family for a day. I found the hotel through net with a great promise and found it to be better. The pool, spa and everything about the resort was wonderful and over and above the staff was very cordial and wonderful. Great value for money.

Good resort. Close to adventure park with lots of fun and scary rides. Had a lot of fun there. The rafting service is also provided by the hotel. Its a cool place to stay.
