Bapat Supermarket

It's been at least 3 generations my family still buy stuff from this store. I remember going there as a kid with my grandfather and get a RAJMALAI as an incentive and I still see the same RAJMALAI being sold there. A great Nostalgia whenever I visit this store.

Have been buying groceries from Bapat's for more than 45 years. Staff is friendly. Variety of stock is very large. Quality of items has been maintained over so many years. A pleasure to shop here.

Reliable place for day to day grocery. Cooperative staff. Good ambiance. You can get Icecream, Idli ghol, Good quality butter etc. In summer you can get delicious Hapus Mangos. New arrangements are very nice and customer friendly. Limited parking space has not improved yet. Arrangement in shop is user friendly.

Very neat and clean grocery items packed in polythene bags. Since last several years I purchase my grocery here. Moreover, Bapat fly manages the monetary things through POS machine Even cheques are accepted.The staff is courteous & prompt in attending the customers.

Always a pleasure shopping here. I have been coming to Bapat Supermarket since, I was a kid and have faced no problem at all. The employees are courteous and Bapat has every grocery item you need.

This supermarket is one of the oldest markets in town. It is located on the road from laxmi bhavan square to law college square. You can find all kinds of groceries here. Though their is a parking problem , but you can park on the outside of the supermarket or on the other side of the road. You will have to keep your bags and other stuff outside in the OPEN lockers. You need not worrie about theft , because their are cctvs and a person outside to watch your bags. As soon as you enter. You will see trollys and bags , you can choose which ever you want. Then you will turn right and you can find all kinds of cleaning products , like soaps , detergents , toothpaste , etc. Then, You will have to turn left where you can find odonil , shoe polish , brush , etc. Then on you right there will be a section for OIL and agarbatti. Going ahead and turning right you will find Nestle milk maids , juices , yeast , ice cream Makin mg powders , chana chor , masalas , snacks , etc. Then , going more inside you will find rice , wheat , all the major pulses , poha , jaggery , etc. You will also find Maggie , yeppie noodles , chings noodles , sauces etc. Then on 3rd row you will find soups , MTR ready made mixes , green tea , tea. On the 4th row you will find , biscuits , chocos , veeba sauces etc. Then on your way to the counter you will find Everest maslas , etc. And dairy products such as cheese , butter , ice cream. You can also find good chocolates and and chocolate wholesale packets. You can also get good DRY FRUITS . The cash couters people are also very good . You will have to get a bill first and then pay at the cash counter , just like haldirams.

Very good shop to get typical Maharashtrian items. Papad, pickles, laddus. Also various spices. A must visit shop if you are in Nagpur and want to pick some unique food items and snacks.

M/s Bapat : Being there one feels like being in one's own shop. Everything here is so Nagpurian, so Maharashtrian - fresh and homely - that you don't feel like visiting any other store no matter how attractive it may be - pricewise, glittering or otherwise. Very good place to buy groceries. They also have lot of homemade items prepared in clean environment. Managed by home people.
