Their commitment to providing excellent customer service was evident at every interaction, and I genuinely felt valued and respected as a customer.
Special thanks to Mr.Pravin and Mrs.Lata Thakre for such a smooth and hassle free sanction and their constant assurance added greatly to the experience ,and even the Branch manager who kept a constant check on everything would highly recommend that if you are a student looking for education loan this is the right place.

He was a god human for me.. i came to him with a huge issue and was so scared and worried for my problem, pravin sir just solved it giving his level best.. alll my good words will not be enough to thank and describe him. i was a new person to him but still he helped so effortful.. my work was done with such an ease.. he solved all my queries and issues. The worst staff in terms of service. The only humble person I look upon at this branch is Pravin Tanksale Sir. He is there to solve your every problem even though he is engaged in other works.

I went to the bank after 3 years to activate my internet banking and atm pin. I was feeling a bit helpless as I wasn’t habitual of using indian bank affairs. Mr. Pravin sir provided me with an excellent service. He is super kind and helpful. Can’t believe SBI has such amazing employees. I would recommend Mr. Pravin to the branch manager to appreciate him for his work and also provide him with everything in the protocol.
