I have suffering from severe back pain and shoulder pain. I was under different treatment for many years. It has been severely affecting my personal life. I was searching for a suitable therapy and that's when I came to know about Jeevan care physiotherapy center and decided to get treatment. During first session, Dr Arun took the time to listen attentively to my problems and clearly explained my condition. From the first session, I felt a sense of relief that I hadn't experienced before and sleeping well without any pain . In the subsequent sessions, their thoughtful guidance and friendly approach have been instrumental.They have enough bed and modern equipment for the treatment.

Treatment has 10 days for back pain and 14 days for shoulder pain.After the treatment and the changes I've experienced after following the guidance doctor provided have been truly remarkable. The prices are very reasonable and never overcharges and my treatment hour is 2 or more per day. Beyond his professional competence, kindness and positive attitude have created a comfortable and encouraging environment.

I was unable to walk properly (without pain and support) after an ankle joint surgery with implants. After five days of physiotherapy i was abke to walk without support and less pain. Dr Arun and his staff are really really superb and sincere in doing their job. I would highly recommend this centre to the needy. Thank you the whole team 🙏🙏

Arun is such an authentic honest and sincere person who really takes time to do treatment and fix your pain and issues. Kudos to his team who work nonstop 6 days a week. I had issue with my knee and almost needed a surgery and thankfully found Arun’s physio clinic through recommendation by an old German friend. The prices are very reasonable and he never overcharges. My good friend had a very bad knee issue. Him being a yoga teacher it was difficult with the knee situation and one of our friend from Germany living in varkala recommended this place. Arun really took care of it and charged only a very reasonable amount and spent extra time for fixing this issue. I recently completed a physiotherapy treatment at Jeevan Care Physiotherapy center Varkala under the guidance of Dr Arum for my shoulder pain.I am happy to say that I got a good result.Dr. Arun and his associates are very friendly and they did their job sincerely…Ididnt experience such a treatment from anywhere…In my opinion Jeevan Care is the best physiotherapy center in Varkala.

I like to ride bike and a traveller. Recently i got accident during a trip and my wrist got fractured. After the removal of plaster my palm not able move little. Doctor told to do some exercise. I have lot of confusion about the movement of my palm like any other treatment or surgery need for this issue. I called Dr. Arun and told the situation. After the first session he explained the current status of issue and through physiotherapy it can be cured, without any other treatment.Day by day i can see the difference and at 21st day almost it cured.
Best part is the doctor and his team more interactive and friendly nature. And no need to wait for long time. They have enough bed and equipment for the treatment.

Dr. Arun is a knowledgeable and resourceful therapist with years of experience. I was an athlete and I work with sports & Fitness industry. Years of training and competing lead me to some sort of injuries. I've consulted a number of doctors before but no one diagnosed the proper cause. When I went to Dr. Arun, he diagnosed the actual problem in the very first day and I had around 10 sessions with him. It's much better than before... I thought my sports career was done after the injury, but now I'm feeling confident that I can come back.

Treatment is affordable and it's not 1hr session, if you have complications the session will lasts for longer and he won't charge extra. He's such a dedicated person, he works for the people. His team is very cooperative and we feel like home.

2 months ago i met with an accident and my left leg ligament got fractured after removing plaster also i can`t able to walk well and one of my family member suggested dr. Arun physiotherapy centre and now i am undergoing treatment there. After consulting daily with in 5 days pain got relieved and started to walk smoothly as normal. Also continuing the treatment for more comfortable walk

A few months ago I had an accident.. a serious injury to the waist and hips. Unable to stand up and walk. I am coming here after the doctor advised me to do physiotherapy. Hi , am pournnamy from varkala.. I consulted dr arun with severe shoulder pain and tennis elbow. I already consulted with ayurveda and alopathy...but didn't get any result...atlast i heard about jeevan care and I joined their with very confused mind ....but after 4 days of therapy I seen the result.... Huge change. After 10 day I r cover completely...but he said to complete 14 days course... I did that.i got very friendly approach from doctor and the staffs there. I recommend jeevan care very 😊

I visited Varakala as a Tourist from Hyderabad, I suffered with Low back pain and as a temporary relief I took the physiotherapy treatment at Jeevan Care, Their team cared so much and provided good service under Arun Sir advice and also I spoke with Arun sir and he is very passionate about Physiotherapy and he also advised to me for my further treatment procedure. I was diagnosed with grade 3 meniscus on 1st week of jan’23 during MRI scan done in aster hospital, oman . Dr suggested 1 week of physiotherapy and if pain is not relieved then to proceed with arthroscopy . After 10 sessions of physiotherapy my pain was not relieved . I had sent my MRI reports to Dr.Arun of jeevan care, varkala and he has agreed to treat my case & give maximum relief within 21 sessions . I had started physiotherapy sessions on jeevan care from 26th January. Now i had completed 11 sessions & my pain has completely gone .
I recommend Dr. Arun of Jeevan care for any sports related injuries , stroke cases etc. staffs were extremely friendly and do proper care during physiotherapy sessions.
Note- its better to contact Dr. Arun over phone 1st to get slots as the center is extremely busy.

They charge very minimal when compared to other clinics but the time they take is around 2 hrs for each patient which makes us to recover very fast than expected.
